Zino Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant from the creator of Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley, Zino is perfectly situated on the Eagle River in Edwards, Colorado. Executive Chef/Co-Owner Nick Haley serves contemporary Italian cuisine from an open kitchen, using the season’s freshest ingredients. Known for our famous mussels, wood fired pizzas, house made pastas and savory entrées. The large bar and lounge area offers casual dining overlooking the restaurant, and is always buzzing with locals and visitors alike. The wine list features the best of Italian and American wine, created with passion by General Manager Julie Serpico. In the warmer months, dinner is also served on our patio!

Servers are focused on entertaining friends, mixing cocktails for friends & express zero interest in interaction with dining customers. It’s obvious that staff are there to entertain their friends . Not sure when the Zino bar was set so low with the quality of service. It’s unprofessional & unfortunate, as the food is wonderful! Hope to return to Zino next time to a much improved staff and improved staff attitude!

The food and atmosphere are amazing time and time again. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional even despite having a full restaurant in summer and winter seasons. Jesus is our favorite server there and he’s been there almost every time we’ve come in to eat! All of the food is seasonal and fresh so the menu is different almost every time I come in with family. Some of our favorites are the pork chop, mais pizza, and the fried seafood appetizer. Portions are large which means I usually have leftovers . Zino is definitely worth a visit if you are in Edwards or traveling through. You won’t be disappointed!

As someone with Celiac Disease, I take where I eat out very seriously. This restaurant not only had amazing gluten free options, the staff were well-trained AND they have a dedicated oven for their GF pizzas. I had no issues the day after the meal, and am already planning a second trip back before we leave town. Gluten free friends – this restaurant is a MUST!
