edited: 2025-12-12. It’s only gotten worse. This Jimmy John’s is now regularly using ubereats to deliver food rather than sending an employee. I don’t even know that they still hire delivery couriers. These days, 1 hour wait for delivery is standard.

Cannot even post any stars because as we walked in to order, we were refused service at 8:15 and the store did not even close till 9. Very disappointed!

Had issues ordering the first time but after bringing this up to the store owner he was very helpful and worked to fix the issue. I also had the wrong phone number in the email which needs to be fixed. But the customer service once I discussed this was very helpful!

I was in a crunch as I had arrived at the Jimmy John’s on Olivette and it was closed! I had a fairly large order and called the Clayton location. Logan took my order over the phone and it was ready when I arrived! Outstanding customer service! Thank you Logan!

I placed an order for delivery at 8:28pm.
I had to call the store after 9pm to ask where my food was. I spoke with the assistant manager Mark who said someone from a 3rd delivery must have stolen my order. I don’t understand why there isn’t a verification system in place so that way if something like this happens they can alert and figure out who it is. I never got my food and I didn’t get my money back .
