I booked online, and when I arrived was quick and easy. The bay was clean. The server greeted me and took my first order promptly. She came back several times during our visit. Making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bays are supposed to seat six but four to 5 adults would be ideal. I had 4 adults and a toddler in my group. They have heated bays and it was around 60 degrees outside but comfortably warm in the bay. Overall a great experience.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Reese, our bay host. From the moment we arrived, Reese was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a great experience.
However, I was disappointed with the management’s decision regarding our gameplay time. Unfortunately, it started raining just four minutes into our 30-minute session, and while the rain stopped five minutes before our time was up, our request for an extension was denied. This felt like a missed opportunity for the management to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
In a service-oriented business, it’s crucial to consider how decisions impact the overall experience. While I appreciate Reese’s efforts, I hope management can take a more customer-focused approach in the future. Thank you for a memorable time, but please do better in supporting your staff and valuing your customers.

I don’t advise anyone to make plans to eat around the bar area through the week. The bartender was young , didn’t pay attention to her surroundings, and I had to walk up to her and ask for 3 waters and tell her that we were ready to order. We later ordered a mixed drink and sweet tea. The young lady was told that the tea wasn’t sweet and she replied back to use the sugar packs on the table. The food was good, but once again the young bartender didn’t come ask how is the food or offer us any refills. She definitely was in another world daydreaming, or she hasn’t been properly trained.

Visited this location while on my way to Austin. A small version of what I’m used to in Dallas, but still is very good. I’d only give 4 stars due to cleanliness on the couches and tables at the bay.

Big fan of Topgolf. Great location. Been to three other locations nationwide previous. The Waco location is cool. A different style than the others I went to. One ground floor only and no upstairs levels but this one has a outdoor 9 hole putting course. Family style recreation area also. Food and drinks were excellent. Waitress was very good. Thanks we had a blast.

Went to Top Golf Waco for my birthday. This was the first time going to a single level Top Golf and it was great. We frequently visited a three level Top Golf in Roseville and we loved it there.
Thebstaff at Top Golf Waco were amazing. Heather was our server and she was the best. We never had to ask for refills and she was super attentive to anything we needed. Angela, a manager, was also super helpful and made sure we knew that if we needed anything to let her know.
The ball tracking worked great as did the programs on all the games.
I was getting ready to hit off the tee and I heard all of this shouting and whooping and hollering. I thought maybe everyone was yelling that Baylor scored a touchdown, so I turn around, and I see a bunch of the Top Golf staff standing there with a big Happy Birthday sign, and each with a letter of my name and they sang me Happy Birthday. It was a great surprise that they did on their own for us. They even handed me a birthday card that they all signed. That is an amazing example of excellent customer service, and going above and beyond.
