It was such a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in Ms. Alexis spoke with energy and kindness. Today was the snow flurries and it was really cold. But I decided to go and get a coffee and something to eat. But again. Alexis was in good spirits and everyone else was also. I got the all-star breakfast with grits and chocolate chips and peanut butter chip, with bacon and coffee. It was soooo good Another waitress spoke also when I walked in. It was such a good atmosphere with all the staff and waitress. They joked around with each other but was professional when needed. It made my day! The food was delicious and I cannot say enough about Alexis taking good care of me. She wasnt too overwhelming with constantly coming over but it was just enough. Her conversation was much needed. Her kindness made my day. Thank you guys so much. Everyone go to the location everyone and tip them good! You’ll love it.

We had the most wonderful experience here! The staff treated us with the most care I’ve ever experienced. The food was phenomenal the entire place was spotless and they even played music on the jukebox for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here with your friends and family. We will definitely be making this our official Waffle House since we are waffle houses biggest fans! Everytime I visit this location, the server Sincheeri is very attentive & will personally recook your order if the cooks aren’t doing it right. She knows what she is doing.
I will say however that I put 3 stars for the atmosphere because sometimes it is just way to cold & the manager says she doesnt know how to work the thermostat.
But other than that, great vibes. Food is wonderful. Sandie and Sincheeri are wonderful.

It’s been almost two decades since I’ve been in a Waffle House restaurant. We stopped by at the Eagle’s Landing Pkwy location today. We really had an excellent time. Food was great, wonderful service and clean restaurant. Our waitress was exceptionally great. This location even has a digital Juke Box with Playlists and all. We will definitely be back.

Got takeout, all the food was cooked just right, the BLT sandwiches were wonderful.
The waffles were great. The cheesesteak was good. Perfect over easy eggs and the bacon is cooked perfectly, not too crisp not too soft. All the food is just right. They have great cooks and really nice waitresses who take care of your needs. The place is always clean.

The manager Ya ( i believe that’s her name) needs a course in food handling!!!! I watched her attempt to remake my food by grabbing the eggs off my to go plates with her gloved hands ( that touched pot handles etc, never changed gloves) put back into a pan to add cheese to my eggs!!!!
The rest of my plated food sat and got cold while she remade the eggs. I spoke with her about her improper food handling and she did not do anything about it. She asked me what was she supposed to do? As a manger and someone dealing with food you should know what you did could get someone sick! All the servers were very nice and professional, however it’s a shame they have a manger that is basically putting people’s at risk with improper food handling. This manger ( YA) needs restraining, because she could care less on how she is preparing food.
