First of all, them ladies taking orders are the sweetest, most welcoming people I’ve seen since I moved to Houston 8 months ago. I love uh good service. The service was fast & friendly, I enjoyed the music that was playing also, but the FOOD!!!! This my first time having a “turkey neck boil”. Where I come from turkey neck went in our okra soup and collard greens. Never had it this way. I love it. I couldn’t stop eating even when I knew I was supposed to. Not y’all causing me to commit gluttony. lol. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu! See pictures & videos.

Everything was delicious! Fresh hot seasoned right!! A turkey neck hate to see me coming!! That was so good I didn’t even get a pic before I demolished it!! Lamb looka here cher!! Maaaaaan let me tell about this spot right HERE! There is literally no better spot in Houston. Definitely a hidden gem for sure. EVERYTHING on the menu was a 10/10. Staff was great too and when I tell you that a lot of good food spots normally have bad customer services, this wasn’t the case here at all. Man they treated us so well and the food…..

In my opinion the owner is very rude. I asked him what kind of sausage he serves .. i only eat certain sausage and didn’t want to waste my money ones i don’t eat .. his response was “ i don’t know i just buy whatever “ ridiculous.
The money spent the portions are generous.
The music was good
It’s very unorganized and long weight times
I wish i could get smaller options for less $30 for turkey necks and sides is high
i would have been happier with a $15 smaller portion
I also wasn’t a fan of the rice .. it has a creamy texture like cream of mushroom or something was put in it.
I wasn’t a fan of the lemon flavor on the turkey necks, corn and potatoes had no flavor.
Overall i wouldn’t go back. It’s to many other places i could go with better service and nicer management.
The only pros of the place is free parking , turkey necks are very tender and the music was good.. Wveeything is was terrible with a 30 minute wait.

Saw this spot on my IG timeline and knew we had to check it out — and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The food blew past my expectations. The turkey necks were tender, packed with flavor, and had just the right kick. The customer service and hospitality were amazing — it felt like having dinner at my cousin’s house. And the Kool-Aid? Real authentic New Orleans food and atmosphere. Service is very beautiful and polite and food is freshly made to order. I can’t explain it u have to pull up and experience the vibe. You will meet the owner and you get greetings complimentary chips and salsa. I mean I can go on and on. But you will have to pull up and vibe out with them. You won’t be disappointed

The food was to me better when he had the truck. We got turkey neck which some was tender about three need a little more cooking time, the gumbo was horrible. I don’t like it at all. I tried to give to son he did t like it. Service was good. The price I paid for the food was a waste. We didn’t even get to eat it all basically three most of the food away. I have many chances and this will be my last time going. Too many turkey necks falling off the bone out here. Get it together.
