I think I’ve stopped in here at least four times in the last two weeks. Beyond the fact that they make an insanely delicious brisket and cheddar: the staff is super stellar- always kind and accommodating with all my mods and requests et al. The location is always neat and tidy and I’ve stopped in during a busy lunch hour and the quieter hours nearer close. Absolutely one of my favorite eateries and you can’t get a better brisket and cheddar anywhere else as far as I’m concerned. Thanks!!

We went into Firehouse Sub today for the first time because my brother recommended the brisket sub and we got 3 meals and upgraded our side for Mac & Cheese. The girls working were so amazing! We had LaLa on the register and she went over and beyond for my family! They gave me my son’s sandwich(we all had separate bags) and I didn’t realize it until after I bit into it. They were very apologetic and they quickly remade his sandwich. She also let me take a firefighter hat for my 5 yrs old autistic son that wasn’t with us at the time. I explained to her that he loves hats and she said that we can take one. She gave him 2 stickers as well that he just loved!! Great customer service ladies!

Ate here last week and I will say I will NOT be back. Autumn apparently the boss was extremely rude to all the customers coming in, had no patience with us as it being our first time eating here. I do not recommend at all. Maybe give your customers a run down on the menu instead of standing there being annoyed by us reading the menu ourselves

Food is always good. Dining area has always been clean whenever I’ve dined in or stopped in to grab take-out. The bathrooms were a little questionable last time we went, but it was the busiest time of the day on the first Friday of summer vacation… AND I’m pretty sure they were in the process of training a new employee. So I’m definitely not mad given the apparent circumstances! Employees were super nice even if we waited a bit longer than normal. All in all a pleasant experience here. And as always the food was scrum-diddly-umpcious
