Best blueberry crumble pie in Maine!! My friend and I went to Acadia for the weekend and had pie each meal, but this one stood out the most to us! The texture and sweetness was perfect – highly recommend if you’re passing through the area! Cash or Venmo is accepted, pay by the honor system.

We looked up ratings for the best blueberry pies and came upon Fork Pie so we drove to the location on our trip since it was on our way to our next destination. We thought it was a restaurant or cafe but we pulled up to a small building with no cars in the parking lot. We sat there for some time scratching our heads and disappointed that they were not open. On a whim we thought we would see if the door was unlocked. It opened right up but still saw no one in the building. Upon further investigation, we saw it was a help yourself – honor system. You just pay electronically or leave your payment in the lock box. Everything looked delicious and was well marked with a description and the price. We got the mixed berry pie (they’re were no blueberry pies in stock) and some no bake, chocolate cookies. We took the pie back to our rental house, heated it up in the oven and topped it off with vanilla ice cream. It was wonderful and didn’t last long. I would highly recommend stopping here and picking up some homemade treats. The no bake cookies were polished off on the drive yo our rental and they were great, too! Stumbled on this adorable 24/7 self service honor system little shack on the side of the road! Full of pre made home cooked meals, pies, and other goodies. Chose a blueberry pie and a pint of ice cream. Loved reading the story on the wall about the owner and how much she loves baking and cooking. I’m inspired! Definitely recommend. What a gem.

Traveling from Chicago, and we wanted something to fill our sweet tooth craving. We looked up best pies near us and got so lucky this popped up. We got the mixed berry pie, and it was SOOOO GOOD. Our only regret was not getting an extra pie. 10/10 you must try!

Do not miss this gem just outside of Ellsworth! So glad we took the slight detour to stock up on pie and baked good for the drive home. Also picked up shepherd’s pie for dinner and some jam for breakfasts. Clean, cute, and delicious!

Yes for us it was mostly about the pies… there were a variety of fruit pies with crust or crumb tops… but it was great to see a freezer with ice cream! PIE A LA MODE!! Also other goodies that we didn’t try that included cookies, breads and a few savory dinner options like stuffed cabbage and Thai curry vegetables. What you find really depends when you stop as to what is available. Sat midday we found less options but Sun midday we had lots of choices.

This is an amazing place with the most delicious pie ever. We had the Blueberry Crumb Cake and it was so good. And they label all the ingredients on the box and shelving, which is great for me because I have allergies. Thanks so much for the deliciousness.
