Our local hardees was so packed the other morning we went to get food. No one was ugly or rude and the staff was concerned and trying their best to get everybody taken care of. It’s what I like to see! And leave the darn cinnamon rasin biscuits!

I regularly order my favorite breakfast biscuit by app here and have been extremely satisfied with food and service up until the last couple visits. One early morning female employee has started taking my biscuit as soon as it is made and placing it on the counter in a bag for anyone to grab and my biscuit has been stone cold whenever she is working. I have been curtious each visit but i did ask this morning why she was putting it out on the counter instead of keeping it under the heat lamp. Her answer was rude and evasive. Granted i am only spending 4.44 a morning for a biscuit but i work hard for that 4.44 and i dont think asking for the food to remain under a warmer is asking too much. I have contacted corporate and will be avoiding the local hardees at this time. The app was a way to make ordering easier but it seems to offend the employee in question so i will be seeking a breakfast biscuit with nicer employees that understand cold biscuits are not worth 4.44.

I arrived at 12:00. At 12:05, someone took my order. I ordered a #4 – a Monster and fries. At 12:15, They gave me a burger with one patty (not 2) and lukewarm, stale fries. I asked them to correct the order for the burger and give new fries. I returned my old ones uneaten. At 12:20, I got the burger. At 12:25, when I had almost finished the burger, I finally got the fries.

This used to be a popular breakfast place in the county. Now it’s long waits both drive through and inside, inattentive staff who care mostly about drive through orders, disgruntled and tossing food bags on the counters, and acting like it’s a great inconvenience to do their jobs and take your order. Trays not even clean for dine-in. Makes one wonder what else is filthy. Avoid.

Unreliable…does not open on time, runs out of items all the time, inaccurate pricing on menu board. Seriously, drive the extra couple miles to BK or McD. At least the people who are inside won’t have the attitude these people have in the morning.

Drove through this morning for breakfast and the woman working the drive through was obviously in a bad mood. She snatched my debit card out of my hand and then stuck my bag out of the window without saying a word or even looking in my direction. Then I try to eat the cinnamon roll I bought and there is no fork and no napkins in the bag. There used to be a super friendly older lady that worked the drive through every morning. She was so sweet. Wish they would bring her back.

Waited 20 minutes after My order and two patrons in line ahead of me.
The second one of those people only ordered a drink.
I was really hungry so I turned off my vehicle and waited and waited.
This is not the first time I had to wait more than a few minutes here over the course of this past year and years prior.
Breakfast in the morning is only better because of the fact they do try to have enough staff on shift for the morning rush.
This way of doing things is common practice everywhere now and it is unacceptable and shows lack of basic effort , we’re not even trying and it exposes the management and corporate leadership to much deserved ridicul and anger from patrons who are spending almost twice as much for less and less at these fast food restaurants.
