Used the app to order food for my Wife and I for pick up. Wen I pick up the food it was ice cold and not toasted like my request via the app, So I called and spoke to the manager on shift he proclaimed that it was toasted because he toasted it himself, but then told me during our conversation that they’ve had issues with their toaster but refused to help the situation. The biggest issue I’m having that it’s not the first time my food have been made cold like this so I reached out to let them know and I get hung up on because a food service managers ego. Do better, there are better sandwich places in town and it would be a shame if bad leaders result in poor sales.

My mom and I have been going for years but until recently the customer service has been HORRIBLE! When we go through the drive through they act like it’s a absolute HASSLE to take our order. And then when we get our sandwiches everything is slopped on and falling out of it. The food is even on the outside of the wrapper!!!

Went inside and ordered. Got my sandwich toasted and it was ice cold when I went to eat it. Kind of gross to bite into cold steak. My wife also got steak, got her meat heated and hers was also ice cold when she went to eat hers as well.

I love Subway! I love that they’ll allow me to use 2 coupons at a time in separate orders to save the most money! The rotisserie chicken is one of my favorites as it’s not processed chicken. The crew is very nice & accommodating, even when the 2 halves of the same sandwich are different. It’s one of our favorite places to go when we want something fast & healthy, but don’t feel like cooking lol l.

Went today for lunch and did the drive through. Brought it home and the bread was hard as a rock. Bout broke my teeth on it. Rest was OK but geez, quit letting your bread sit out. Very unhappy!

Today 8/25/19: Reduced my rating from two stars to one.
The parking lot was a mess and I bet it had not been picked up since forever.
One of the ovens did not work and my meat was cold. They had to reheat it in another oven in the back.
The parking lot really did turn me off!

4 employee, 1 customer inside the store (me), 2 in drive thru and 2 online orders. Waited 8 minutes before they even took my order which made me almost late to work after being in this subway for 19 minutes over 1 sandwich because drive thru and online orders are what matters to the employees and the worst part is each employee asked why I was there. Definitely would not recommend this slideshow to anyone.
