Love having this as a drive thru option in Jamestown, ND. The barista who took my order and greeted me at the window was super friendly. Drinks were made quickly, but I gave fewer stars as my drink (brown sugar caramel shaken espresso) taste like Fireball/fake cinnamon and not at all like I have ever had at any other Caribou location. I could not even drink it which made me super sad.

The staff were having more fun that they gave me the wrong size of my drink. No I am sorry or thanks for coming. The supervisor just kept singing. The girl that made my drink needs a lot more training. I had not been to the location and probably won’t again. Please be professional and thank your customers.

I don’t live in North Dakota and I have never been to North Dakota, but this has been the worst coffee shop I have ever been to and I am not referring to. It’s products. I’m referring to the customer service that they offer. It’s by far lower customer service I have ever received at a coffee shop Riley Kylie, whatever her name was I pulled up to the window because they’re drive-through is hitting from customer so you pull up to the window and they tell you to go around to a drive-through that it’s in the middle of a parking lot away from where actually the Windows app but anyways I was there already at the window. This lady could’ve taken my order and she didn’t she make me drive through the drive-thru speaker and place my order. Which I did and my total was 601 I handed her a $10 bill and one penny and she dropped a penny and laughed and say I can’t get it. Do you have another one? What kind of customer service is I will definitely never come back to this coffee shop again.

Thing about the drinks are great, but I went in today and ordered two strawberry refreshers and I’m guessing one of the girls forgot the straws and the girl working in drive-through with a blonde hair Decided to throw my straws at me at the counter inside like if I was nothing so I suggest the manager on speaking to her about that because that was very rude and uncalled for!!!! Never had anyone do that to me!!! Especially in front of my daughters whom I bought the drinks for shocked she did that to us!

I got the strawberry refresher with coconut milk and it was delicious! It taste sweet but if you don’t like too much sweet then just ask. Absolutely amazing!

I believe that this might be the best Caribou Coffee in the state of North Dakota. They make my drinks as specified quickly and always have great customer service! Highly recommend to anyone needing a well made treat in the Jamestown area

My drink was so full it was pouring out from under the lid. I had to go home to change clothes and clean my car due to the amount of coffee on my lap and hands. Doughnut was partially frozen, too. Service was quick at least, and the lady at the window was more than understanding.
