The order took way too long to come out. Server forgot half of our order. Food was cold. Very disappointing to see that this is how Taco John’s is operating now.

Went through the drive through today. The food quality just isn’t what it used to be. End of discussion. 0 of 10 recommend eating here. What a disappointment!

Door dashed an order and they couldn’t even get it right. Even though the price was nearly double, My food was over seasoned and only not one sauce for the tons of food we had. Just terrible. I’ll be going to the SCOTTSBLUFF one from now on.

Have been a fan of Taco John’s ever since serving in the USAF near Omaha back in the early 70s. Back then they were tiny “walk-in and order” establishments with no indoor seating, little 12′ by 30′ shacks. Decades later I’ve been noticing how cautious we need to be when visiting unfamiliar Taco Johns. Not all are, let’s say, “up to snuff” regarding friendliness and cleanliness. THIS ONE IS A GOOD ONE! It’s been my favorite Taco Johns now for many years, whether choosing to eat inside -or- making use of their efficient drive-up window. Good management and decent employees here always make this restaurant a good experience and find me wanting to return in the future. Quite popular locally.

I don’t come here often as this location is a town over in Gering. However very rarely have they disappointed. Food is always consistent and service is always kind. I’ve never had to wait long for my food to be prepared either. Decor/dining area is very welcoming as well. Restaurant is well maintained and parking is good. Location is great, right on the Scottsbluff/Gering highway.

The employees are always warm and friendly, smiling and ready to take your order promptly. The lobby is always clean and comfortable. I have never had a complaint about eating at this location or the Scottsbluff location.
