The portion sizes have just continued to shrink. The chicken tenders are tiny, probably half the size of what they used to be. At this point it needs to be called the 3 piece nugget basket lol. The portion of fries is much smaller than what it used to be as well. Me and my family have tried to give DQ multiple chances, but even their blizzards don’t come all the way full. Prices go up but portions shrink!

Showed up 10 minutes before close just to ask if they had found a id and bank card and when the girl had seen me pulling in the parking lot and ran and locked the door. Then as I approached the door the guy counting cash at register looked at me and walked in the back so idk if my cards are here or not

Came here to get lunch for my family, Isabelle and Alexis did a fantastic job. Food was fresh they even paid attention to the fact only me and my son where in the car and put lids on our blizzards and had the drinks organized in the carriers so I only had to use one for easy transport.

I visited the Dairy Queen today to get myself something to eat and was greeted by an extremely nice, patient, and enthusiastic employee (her name was Isabella I believe). There’s not many times where my service is good enough to leave a review, but that young lady needs a raise!

Omg guys if you go to a fast food place on a weekend at peak business hours yes there’s gonna be a wait cut these people some slack. They work very hard and are so calm and collected no matter how long the line is, the ice cream is always great! Thanks Eminence DQ

I have always enjoyed my trips to this DQ – glad to see it has new owners! The new owners were much needed – now hiring people that actually want to work! The new employees at this DQ are so polite & respectful under the new owners! You get your order quickly now unlike before! The food is still incredibly good & you definitely get what you pay for unlike the McDonald’s up the road! Best ice cream in town!!! Love this place!!!

I dined here this afternoon, and while I know it’s just an everyday fast food place, the service was exceptionally bad. The staff seemed scatterbrained when it came to people’s orders, they were kind, but all over the place. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, yet none of the staff knew who’s order went where. My fiancé received the completely wrong order, and the rest of my group sat and waited for their food until we had to remind the staff about it. I ordered a chicken strip basket, and was handed a basket with only the strips and no fries. Again, they were very kind, just all over the place.

I would give negative stars to this place. Your order will absolutely be wrong and you will absolutely wait 20 plus minutes for your food. Your fries will be cold. With limited restaurants in the area, you end up having to go here once in a while. Always a mistake! Just awful. Its unbelievable that no one has attempted to fix this “restaurant”. ** Unfortunately here again, and still the worst, slowest place ever. The crew here at 6pm are basically children, unsupervised. Unbelievable that no one does anything about this one.

I went to breakfast with a friend today 5/13/23. I ordered the double biscuit with bacon and coffee. They were just starting to get busy and my order was out in good time I thought. I never complained that it took to long, but one of the employees, a young man came out and handed me my money for a full refund and said he was told to refund my money because it took to long for me to get my order. He apoloized and said that they’d had a problem with the bacon taking to long to cook, I was really shocked, because as I said I haven’t made a complaint and the food was good, the coffee hot. So I thanked him and I know he could tell how surprised I was. I’ve never had something like this happen before. Thank you to the Dairy Queen crew in Eminace, Ky for going above and beyond with customer service.
