Rude employees- came in the store 05/17/2025 around 11am.
I was the only person in the building, never greated, ordered on the kiosk wasn’t 2 minutes they placed a bag out that was my food. Cheese not even melted, soggy. I guess that’s what you can expect. A group of 5 came in to order the lady working was absolutely rude and then put their food on the counter and walked away. The woman with the kids had to walk up there to see if it was all the food. Customer service is nonexistent in this place which is why it is always dead.

Ordered Mexican pizza combo! Disgusting! The shells had a VERY funky stale taste & was filled with beans! I tasted no other ingredients because it was PACKED full of BEANS! I PAID $11 for the combo that came with 2 tacos. A total waste of money. Keep serving garbage & I won’t be coming back to this location wasting my money!

I normally go to another Taco Bell, but this one was in the area, I went about 1:32 p.m
I called back and spoke with the manager, I think her name is Trecie or Teresa either way, the service was excellent, food was fresh & they were fast, the cashier Carmina was patient and smile friendly, in a place where people have attitudes when it comes to your food, thus Taco bell didn’t disappoint.

I ordered 2 number 6 which is 4 chicken chalupa and one taco I told her I wanted one chicken and one beef. I get home to only have 2 chalupa and 1 taco. They would not refund me my money. How does that even work. Then to have a bad attitude is not good customer service. I’ll never return here

HORRIBLE !!! I be trying to give them the benefit of doubt but the NIGHT SHIFT tonight was horrible . They pulled everybody down to the point where it’s no spot in the parking lot to even wait for your food …. I pulled back around for an CHICKEN QUESADILLA and the young man name Damaris had the worse attitude ever when all I asked how long would my order take . He stated > MAN BRO WE GOT YOUR ORDER YOU TRIPPING. we go at it just for me to get to the window and the MANAGER IS NO BETTER he was the same one that was smoking another night I came ( taking my family order in HIS CAR ) . He was rude as well . I politely told them I’ll be speaking with the MANAGER OVER THEM IN THE MORNING they all just laughed and kept being rude please get it together before this business BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!

I went to this place about 11:30 a.m. this morning October 20th 2017 ordered two bean and cheese rice burritos and to tostadas had to repeat the order twice when I got the total I knew something was wrong when I drove up to the window I got my order only got two tostadas and one bean and cheese and rice burrito no receipt. The two tostadas I ordered were thrown together on one side see picture included. its time for Taco Bell corporation to look at some of their Taco Bells in this area

My husband and my daughter visited this location on 6/20/25 going through the drive thru only to have the cashier steal off of my daughter card…told her it didn’t go through so my husband gave her $20 in cash…found out later it was charged. But one thing I know you will reap what you sow…you little thief..and hope you get investigated by corporate office after this review…it’s on camera.

No one at the drive-through when I went at midnight, had to pull directly to the window to receive service. Shells for the Mexican pizza tasted bitter and rancid. Not sure if oil issue or something else, but that needs to be taken care of, ASAP.
