I might be a little biased if I said five stars on the atmosphere, but it’s because I always go in there to take it out/carry out. The man, Ernie, the manager, is an exemplary supervisor. This man takes his time out to make sure everything is smooth and makes sure orders are correct. He hands me the box when my order is ready. 5 stars just because of this man who makes every one of my orders feel superb. The best manager.

Food is not as it appears on images. I went for the round Mojo style potatoes and got potato wedges and I thought the pizza was going to be really thick and thick crust and nope!! Not even close. Did not get what I was expecting

Good thing i check my pizza before the rude driver left, after showing him the pizza. He stated and i quote i can’t do anything for you call the store gee thanks. Rude service and inconvenience. Last time i order from here. Fyi i called the store manager was not surprised nor did he care. I would love to hear from upper management.

My order took almost TWO hours to be delivered for only TWO pizzas. It was also delivered to me COLD. According to the tracking feature, it took them over an HOUR to “check” the pizza and “make sure everything was good.” Yikes. Did/Have not receive any compensation or anything for the wait and poor quality of food either. Ruined the planned evening. Will not be back to this location.

DAVE is the BEST Dominos delivery driver in Downey! We are visiting out of town for our son’s soccer tournament at a middle school field and not only was he able to deliver pizzas to us on the soccer field but also came back when he realized we needed plates, forks and napkins! 10/10 recommend this location and Dave as the driver!!!

Domino’s is okay but way over priced for pick up. Don’t ever make the mistake of ordering one of their sub sandwiches, especially the Philly cheese steak, you get less toppings than small pizza, hardly any cheese or meat, mostly just veggies. Not worth the price at all.

Edit: (February 27,2021) I went ahead and tried delivery again.. Delivery is back in business! Not sure what exactly happened, but the pizza arrives within 8 minutes. Keep up the good work. The drivers have been amazing and are nice.

Okay first off, I ordered online to have delivery. Thought that it would make it a little easier on myself. I ordered one large 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeños. 45 minutes later the delivery guy FINALLY comes and gives me a pepperoni with half mushroom and half green bell pepper? UH WHAT? Anyway, I call to let them know that I have an issue with my order and the employee that I talked to was so rude. Her attitude was annoying as hell and was nicely being tolerated.. They obviously need to retrain her on her customer service skills or remove her from the front of the house. Then once she was done giving me attitude she finally gave me a decision that could be made. She told me that it would take another 45 minutes for my pizza to be delivered which was frustrating! I already waited for 45 minutes! Then proceeded to tell me that prep time takes 15 minutes. BULL! I worked in a pizza place and it does not take that long. Just rude I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Rude. Waste of time.
