Had not been to an outback in years, but decided to go here with my lady for our anniversary and we both really enjoyed the food. The wait for a table was like 10 minutes and our waitress was Aniya, who was nice and helpful and gave us time to talk without constantly being interrupted. All the staff were nice, and I even came back to get lunch by myself to try their Aussie 3-value meal. It was just as good. The manager, Cameron, was a sweet lady and all the other staff were accommodating. Been a moment since I have had a great restaurant experience like this with any restaurant in the Concord area. Highly recommend it to anyone. Not many vegetarian options for someone who doesn’t eat meat, but its a great food experience for most

I don’t think I have been to an outback that tasted this good before!!! The food was delicious. We had a wedge salad, surf and turf and shrimp on the Barbie!!! ALL OF IT was delicious! I can’t speak for every cook, but the one today was outstanding! I asked and his name was Robi. Also our waitstaff Cameran was super sweet! And the restroom are super kid friendly!! Nice clean changing tables, for babies, was able to strap him in and they had disposable cloths to lay on them for sanitation

Misty was such a great server. She made my experience at this restaurant really great. The food was amazing and her energy was even better. On top of that, she was prepared for everything. She watched my drink to know when I was getting low and gave us sauces to go before we even said it. Excellent waitress.

Finally made it to the new Outback in Concord. Conveniently located off of I-85, exit 58 Kannapolis/Concord. As you enter, the host staff is awaiting your entry by holding open the interior door. We were greeted with smiles. Once sat, we were immediately greeted by our server, Kim! From start to finish, she was phenomenal. Dare I say the service made the food taste better?! All the support staff were on point as well. Thank you also, bread runner and food expediters. The Boomarita, which is hubby’s favorite Outback selection, was delicious. The music was upbeat but not overpowering, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely will be returning, and I will definitely request Kim as our server again. I suggest you do the same!

Went for lunch on a weekday. Seated as soon as I walked in. Server girl was a real pro! (forgot her name- dark hair and glasses). Supernice!
‘What about the steak?’, you ask? Cooked medium. It was pretty good as expected. The seasoned rice?? …Wow!
PROS:
Service was 5 star; food quality was 5 star; lighting was perfect (not bright, not dark).
CONS: (reasons for less than 5 stars)
Price? Right at $50 for one person, before tip. IDK….you should try them out and decide. I think the blooming onion was around $10 alone.
The worst of my visit? ….LOUD SPACED AGED MUSIC FROM THE CEILING SPEAKERS!! If you have someone with you, the ‘music’ might make it hard to have a conversation.
If its gonna be loud, play ZZ Top!!
Most likely will order online from now on, with curb service.

We haven’t been to Outback in a while and tried this m new(er) location, and it was absolutely amazing.
The server (Aniya) was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. She was great, drinks were full, recommendations were perfect.
The food came out timed amazingly. The appetizer was quick, followed by soup and salad and entrees with enough of a break between courses to not feel rushed.
It was a great experience! Definitely will return!
