Came here recently Saturday for lunch—good amount of people here but they had available table for four. Food was decent—we enjoyed the Summer Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn), Grilled Pork & Spring Roll with Vermicelli (Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò) & Beef Noodle Soup (Phở). Prices seem reasonable here as well.

OK first about the atmosphere, it’s a MoCo Pho joint. You dont go to a place like this for thr atmosphere, it’s a café. But it is VERY CLEAN. Pho spots closer to Rockville proper might have better food but this place is far cleaner than anything on the Pike. Their broth is good. Their meet portions are acceptable, but I do order extra brisket with a small bowl. I find the large bowls are mostly just extra broth. But this place is very close to my residence and it’s good! I’ve been to places in Annandale that aren’t as good. Not enough meat is my only complaint. Everything else is at or exceeds Pho standards for the DMV. Price isn’t bad either. I give them an overall 5 star because Google reviews average out and they deserve the bump because of the Karens of the world.

Service was unprofessional. I had ordered the summer rolls and my server went through the back door without washing his hands and plated them.
No gloves? No wash?
The food was bland, only a little meat in my bowl of Pho.
There was a very loud man talking here so I had to leave in a rush, gave me a headache.

I’ve eaten here before and had a great experience. This is my first experience with take out and it was terrible. The appetizer was dripping in oil and tasted very mushy and pasty inside. But the Pho was really the worst part. They must have just given me all of the leftovers since they didn’t have me present to push back. I ordered two Pho with steak, and the meat had as much fat as meat. The bean sprouts were old and the other toppings were incredibly sparse. My dog had a very good meal.

I have never had pho before and so I don’t know what to compare it to, but the summer rolls and pho were amazing. My waiter was amazing and was bilingual so communicating with her was very easy and she made me feel welcomed. Finally, the place was not noisy whatsoever and was really relaxing.

Some tough reviews this business has going for them. I thought the restaurant was nice and straight forward, just order, get served, eat, and go home~
Maybe the previous reviews hit a nerve with them, becuase I saw zero issues with anything. The restaurant was clean for a small family business, extremely bare bones, nothing fancy. The service was fine, and the food was good.
Pho Tai (Round Eye Beef Thinly Sliced): ［Small Bowl］The portiin was still a lot and satisfied me. The beef was Beautifully thinly sliced! I mean, like its supposed to be! Good quality beef. The beef broth for the pho was good, a bit on the strange (not in a bad way) aroma as I think they are using more spices or enhancements to give off an aroma, hard to explain, but the broth tasted fine. Be sure to add them veggies in it. It balances out the broth, absolutely necessary if you want to get most out of the Pho.
Am all about the Pho, nothing else is interesting enough for me to order…
