Open till 3 AM. It’s a great place to stop in, Grab some wings or a chicken sandwich.
You canget it to go. All their flavors are good. My favorite is mango habanero, my daughter loves the mild, and my wife loves the garlic parmesan.

I ordered a 10 piece and only received 9.
The wings were bland. They still had feathers on them. The ones I ate literally tasted like nothing and I ordered the hot honey. The fries were barely seasoned. The only thing good was the ranch sauce and the fountain drink. To make matters worse, there were two women cashiers hanging out on their phones, while they joked and played with their friends who were coming in and out of the store. I ordered before them and they somehow got their order first. Because the workers were in there playing around it took over 30 mins for two 10 piece wings , one with fries. This location is HORRIBLE. Wingstop needs to send a secret shopper. This location was absolutely garbage. No I don’t want a free meal. It was so bad , I didn’t finish eating the food I had. I just want others to know before making the same mistake we made. This place is AWFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP

The food is decent. The price is better. The service is terrible. Good luck being able to have anyone to answer the phone. I don’t know where’s mangement. I tried to make a change to my online order and sat on hold for over 10 mins before I hung up. Ridiculous

First of all, y’all nasty. Countless times upon entering this establishment I have witnessed your employees not wearing gloves at all while handling food. They touch the chicken with their bare hands, fries with their bare hands, you name it.
The establishment is also very dirty and seemingly never gets cleaned.
Second of all, y’all stingy with your seasoning. This is also not the first time I have witnessed employees pouring the seasoned butter sauce over wings in their to go container & shaking it to coat them. Not using the proper bowls to actually season & coat the wings… because of this, consistently lately our wings have barely been seasoned at all. If we wanted naked wings we would be buying naked wings…
Another issue to mention is depending on who’s manning the fryer, your wings will either be perfectly cooked or way the hell over done.
Lastly, each of your employees desperately need a course in customer service. Your employees do not acknowledge customers that walk in to order or grab an order. If they do, it’s well past the appropriate time and, you can hardly understand what they are saying because they speak too quietly or do not speak English well at all.
I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and it’s just incredibly disappointing this location is being ran this way. At the very least, please educate your employees on cleanliness, food safety, and customer service. Hopefully a positive change can happen here but if not – I do sincerely hope your location gets shut down. Avon really does not need another chicken place anyway.

This location is terrible. The service alone will drive customers away. This location will refuse to answer the phone. The inside of the store is nasty, like they don’t clean. The wings are dry. Buffalo Wild Wings in Avon is 1000x better. Don’t waste your money.

They advise to throw your trash behind the counter next to where they are preparing the food. NEVER AGAIN I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
