Rudest customer service ever. People that work fast food always have an attitude lately. And that doesn’t seem to be stopping any time soon. But the worst part is when they talk to you like you’re stupid. First of all, I’m well aware of how to place a kiosk order. However, the combo I want isn’t unavailable on the kiosk. The eye rolling and condescending tones are super unnecessary. Hopefully managers are able to start screening employees better. Because back when I was a kid and worked these jobs I would NEVER talk to people like this. Eye contact, a smile, and a better tone go a looooong way. Tacos hella greasy too.

Showed up at 10:10pm on a Friday night. Only the drive-through was open. There were three cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get to the squawk box to order my food. By that time, there were five or six cars behind behind me. As I got ready to order, the lady said hold on please and it took over nine minutes for her to return. All I ordered was six tacos and a water and I waited over 35 minutes to get my food. Why? Only one person was helping customers while the other person was cleaning the inside of the store. It was a miserable experience. Check the Nextdoor app and you will see it is a common complaint about this Jack-in-the-Box.

They are short staff. So the wait is a bit ling took 20 minutes to get 2 tacos 2 fries egg roll order. Not employee fault food was fresh and they where nice. Just a long wait.

Food was good, but the service sucked. I’m starting to get used to it, though. The girl that was working the drive through today around 1am always has an attitude. She either needs more training on how to treat customers or should find a job with less human interaction.

This place scams on delivery orders. Virgina the GM is at the heart of it. I went to pick up an order for delivery. I entered the facility and was ignored. Finally a cook acknowledged me and the Virginia decided to greet me. Meanwhile she made eye contact with me twice before that. When I went to grab the order she asked me to market is picked up before I left the store. I told her I needed to verify the order first, and she wouldn’t let me look in the order. She then yanked it out of my hands. Very unprofessional. Virginia needs more training.

The only reason I’m providing one star is because the service sucks, for not being a busy location the service is slow every time, every time I come here I end up waiting 10-20 minutes for my orders, my last visit to this location was on 11/9, I ordered in the drive through there was one car in front of me I still waited approximately 10 minutes or longer, when there’s multiple workers it shouldn’t take that long to put out a simple order, management needs to provide better training, it’s called fast food for a reason

Service was bad, they didn’t even notice us at our arrival, it took them 5 minutes to knowledge us after they had been walking right in front of us talking to each other. Once we received our order, the spicy chicken and fries were cold and old. We were honestly expecting a better service due to the area where it is located. I hope they learn how to have a better customer service in this place.
