This was my first time here, and I honestly thought it was great! The service was wonderful, everyone is kind and welcoming and our waiter was attentive. Food was not only on our table pretty quick but it was amazing. Full of colour and taste, and it smelled SOOOOOO good. Atmosphere is nice, quiet and clean with cute and simple dishware that shows pride in the food they are serving. Overall very good experience, would like to come back soon.

I recently ordered dinner from Kawa Thai And Sushi. It was my first time ordering from them I was hesitant at first because I am big food critic. I love a good tasting meal. I had the American dream roll and basil chicken/ rice. The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, with just the right balance of flavors, I love spicy food so I asked for spicy mayo to be added to mine.The basil chicken was absolutely delicious—tender chicken and vegetables cooked to perfection, and the basil sauce had the perfect level of spice and the basil was fresh!!! The combination of flavors was spot on, and the meal left me craving more. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the mood for delicious Thai food! I will be ordering again soon, if it’s always like this you will have a long lasting customer.

2/1/26 Absolutely terrible service. I asked for a fork, and was ignored. Thankfully I know how to use chopsticks. Overall disappointing dining experience. The food was delicious don’t get me wrong, but service was shameful. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Newly renovated and it seems to throw a nice and calm ambiance. Love the Japanese salad which was served cold and crunchy. Miso was perfectly warm. Penang dish was delicious. Sushi special was fresh! We will come back.

Really slow service. Small portions for appetizers. Two people, one person’s dinner and the appetizer, came out together. The second dinner came out 22 minutes later. Both were cooked entrees. The table next to us with 4 people also got all their dishes at random times. Weird. Couldn’t get a waiter to stop, and when we did, he kept saying we would check. Asked for a fork, it took 18 minutes to get one. Wasn’t a super busy night, so this was uncalled for. We wanted to love this place, but after 2 tries and poor service both times, it’s not worth it.
