Absolutely horrible. Placed an order online at 6:05pm and was advised it would be ready in 20 minutes. It is currently 8:25pm and my husband is still there waiting for the order. We asked for a refund. This place has no idea what they are doing…customer service where? My husband said the staff is all over the place and seems like they could care less. Will not order from here again. This is extremely unprofessional. He said there are so many people waiting for their orders. Something needs to change. Get it together.

Waited 45 minutes over my pickup time for order. Kept asking front counter worker, but still nothing. As I sat there I watched as a line built up in front of store waiting to order. several times there would be someone at counter but the employee up front had his back turned and was on his phone. Literally the worst pickup experience I ever had and I feel for people who were trying to order. And after the fourth time I asked if my order was ready well it finally was, probably sitting on rack forever cause all my food was cold and they didnt give me my sauces and drink but I was ao fed up I left.

I go to Wingstop in Worcester ma and at the casino in Foxwoods. I have never had oil all over my chicken like this one. The fries were cold by the time I grabbed my bag and walked to my car. There was no ice in the soda machine and they were out of many options. Also staff was swearing and inappropriate behind the counter. I would never go back to this location

So we did a pick up today at Wingstop which is usually a great place but unfortunately corporate needs to take a big look at their cameras there was a gentleman that was working in the back came to the front and totally disrespected a number of people that were in there telling them to leave his store and also disrespecting other customers while maintaining he did nothing wrong claiming his innocence I have a photo of him this is a review for corporate and for the owner of the store please watch your videotape back and please do something about the situation this gentleman is definitely not cut out for customer service hopefully you guys can make changes so that way I can update the review unfortunately this is not good and does not look good on the entirety of wingstops Enterprise

Don’t order from this wing stop if you use door dash. My boyfriend goes here as a dasher and they always say some one else picked it up. They will let your food get stolen and then refuse to remake it . Maybe have your employees start actually paying attention and checking name on phone to be sure they aren’t stealing ♀️

Waited over 30 minutes after placing our order for the summer bundle which included 25 boneless wings, large fries, 2 drinks & corn. Fries were old and cold, I returned them and still got old cold fries again. Corn, same thing. As if it was just sitting around all day. We got 3 different flavors of wings, one was well tossed, I’m not sure why they couldn’t do the other two the same. The lemon pepper was placed on top of the hot, not tossed but sitting in a puddle of sauce so when I opened the box it dripped all down my shirt and legs. The last flavor was dry, not even attempted to be sauced with the sauce on the side. This was a complete waste of money and I’ll never spend mine at Wingstop again

They were also denying order 15 minutes prior to closure. They made me wait from 11:30-close. They were more worried about calling it a night. Oh well.

Filthy restroom. Filthy floor. Restroom door needs service to close. Employee said I had to pay for water cup after I bought 3 meals. Tables havent been wiped in forever. Good wings as always but I’m done with this place.

Finally writing a review for this place after my last three visits. There’s never any consistency. The seasoned fries 2 out of 3 separate visits were unseasoned. The chicken was overwhelmingly oily all 3 recent visits. And my last visit my dry rub barely had any dry rub. Soak the chicken in oil to not even apply enough dry rub.

PLEASE RECONSIDER doing business with WingStop! Their customer service is VERY POOR! I received a DoorDash order from them and arrived at the store and it was closed and showed one of the employees that I had an order (which came in before they closed) and they told me they were closed and refused to make the order.
I contacted the customer and she was never informed that WingStop would not be making her order! She stated that she wanted her order. I advised her that she had to reach out to Door Dash and that I would reach out to them as well and report the incident!
In the past I have arrived at WingStop to pickup orders that were “stolen” and the ONLY way that happens is when WingStop violates their merchant contract with DoorDash and UberEatts, which states that must VERIFY EVERY ORDER before giving it to the driver!
Also, when an order is stolen, they are supposed to call the police and report it stolen, which is just common sense, but they never do! Door Dash and Uber Eats cannot do anything about it and their solution is to cancel the order and issue a refund to the customer. The customer never receives the order which they paid for!
This has happened multiple times with WingStop!
Bottom line…tonight ANOTHER customer did not receive the food they paid for because WingStop failed to do their job!
At the very least, THEY should have reached out to the customer and advised them that they could not fulfill her order! This is VERY UNFAIR to the customer and very bad business practice!
Also I waste my time and gas and do not recieve full compensation for completing my job!!!!!!
So it is a lose-lose for everyone involved!
