This is only the 2nd time we ate at this location and was highly disappointed. I placed my order online, when I walked in no one was behind the counter so I waited a few minutes, then the guy working put my bag on the counter and walked away. Both of our bread was very under cooked, the steak was mostly on one side of a footlong. It was like it was just slapped on and the employee didn’t really care. I tried calling but of course the number doesn’t ring through, tried multiple phones and still nothing. Will not be going back!!

This Subway is usually dead. So I always wondered why it’s so nasty. Tables are dirty, floors full of crumbs, or wet from the frozen drink mechanic. The owner or general manager comes in regularly. Older guy, I guess he has no standards. Employees are always sitting around or on the phone. I work at the Walmart, so i see it every day. I’ve been sick twice because of this location. Do better.

After seeing reviews and my experience, I would not recommend this subway to anyone. Waited and there was literally no one at the store for 20 minutes. I didn’t rate the food because I wasn’t even able to purchase any. I came back after I went to browse electronics, thinking someone would be there when I got back. I was wrong again.

After shopping for awhile I had a craving for Subway. I came to the counter and the 1 worker there was busy making an online order and she said she would be 5mins. That was fine for me, I waited. I normally order a 6in flat bread with chicken, bacon, cheese, and spinach. I know that recently they got rid of the flat bread because they’re doing wraps, fine. When the worker was ready I asked her if I could make a custom wrap. She said that I must order from the menu and that she can not change the proteins on any of the wraps only the vegetables. I was advised that Subway would consider that as them stealing from inventory. I didn’t push the employee because I know it’s usually out of their hands. I messaged Subway Corp on Insta and didn’t get a response back which is why I am here. What’s the point of Subway anymore? ALL of the ingredients for my sandwich was THERE. I took my money elsewhere and it looks like I won’t be eating at Subway anymore.

The Algood Walmart is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The manager is always rude. (I see by other reviews here that I’m not the only one who thinks this, and I’ve had others tell me this as well.) I had stopped going there months ago because of her rudeness, and because she said her register was always broken and wouldn’t take coupons. I thought I’d give her another chance. Should have known better.
If this is the way Subway runs its business, I will never go to another Subway again.

The food is fine, but the toaster must be broken because it did not really heat up the sandwich.
No staff behind the counter when I entered, no biggie it’s a slow store. But I had to wait a bit for someone to come out. No way to indicate to staff that someone is here. Then was told that I couldn’t have a 6in flat bread because it made stock look like someone was stealing? What? I have never had an issue before getting a 6in at other locations. If you prefer the flat bread be prepared to buy only a wrap here. They will not do a regular sandwich.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The worker was very rude. Our food was cold. We had our sandwiches toasted and we politely told them that we didn’t think their oven was working properly because our cheese wasn’t melted and the flat bread was like ice. We told her it was fine but we just wanted her to know. She then proceeded to put gloves on and poke my husband’s sandwich and then told him not to put it on the counter and chewed him out after she asked to see it!!! She told us we needed to dispose of it after she was the one poking his sandwich! Of course he’s not going to eat it after that!!!! She then went on yelling at him and was complaining about having to work. We will never go back!!
