The whole point of Little Caesars is that the pizza is supposed to be Hot-N-Ready — especially for basic cheese and pepperoni. Instead, I was told I had to wait 10 minutes, and worse, the cashier only informed me after I was already charged. That defeats the entire purpose of coming here. Poor communication and misleading service. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location or other location for a while.

The classic pizzas are the best option, good price and tasty, especially the pineapple one. They have minimal staff so it takes a bit sometimes unless you order online. No seats at restaurant, just pick up and go. But for the price it’s my favorite and only pizza place I go to.

I am generally curious as to who made this pizza. Cause it looks like SLOP. It was horribly undercooked and do not get me started on the way that they cut this pizza. I could do better with my eyes closed. I couldn’t even eat this. It was nasty.

This little Caesars is staffed with some of the more work and customer service dullards I have ever had the displeasure of waiting my time at. Almost an hour waiting for a pizza that never came. First, the lady taking orders did not speak a word of English. She called to the back, and a guy that spoke English and took my order. He told me 10 minutes. The other items I ordered were ready. They asked if I wanted to keep them warm in the warmer until my pizza was ready . Waited in my car out front . 10 minutes went by . At 15 minutes, I went inside and asked the lady in the picture told me to wait a minute, my order is coming. After 10 more minutes I asked again . She told me again that they are working on my order . All while filling the pizza warmers with other pies . And filling the other with pies as I waited
The third tike I asked about my order now more than 30 minutes in It still wasn’t ready . I stepped back out and told my fiancé again the pizza wasn’t ready . Close 1 hour waiting . My fiancé asked for a refund as we have been waiting to long for lousy service . The lady in the picture said to her that to get a refund we would have to come back in the morning. My fiancé asked to see an assistant manager since we knew the screaming lady in front could, in no reality manage anything. The assistant who’s name is Dalmia came from the back and proceeded to refund our money . An hour of my life wasted and they had some excuse about confusing with pepperoni on the pizza . It’s Lent and Friday. We don’t eat meat . Lost service and incompetent front help makes this a terrible place to order anything you want to eat that night.

For $5 for a large pepperoni pizza you literally can not complain. I always get warm crispy nice pizza and perfect to share and ordering through the app is so easy. I just pick it up 10 minutes after I order and it’s seamless.
