First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

This place was amazing. Before i even went in the outside of the restaurant was very clean. The inside was so nice and i was greeted right away and it was very clean and the decor and how it was set up was so nice and relaxing.My waitress Elise was so amazing and very patient with me because i was so undecided with my order and she took the time to go over things on the menu and helped me make a decision that would have taken me all day because I saw so many tasty things on the menu. She also was so attentive and made sure I knew she would be back to check to see if i needed anything which is a good is a sign of a good person and waitress. The food was soooooo good and i was full but could not stop eating. You get a lot and the taste for the price and the atmosphere. I will definitely go back. By the way not adult beverages is sold before 10 am.

Love this place !! There is always a wait, but I see why ahha. Food is great, always accommodating, staff is sweet and I always have a good time dinning in!
I’ve had many get togethers, little lunch ins with my husband, birthday breakfasts, and just about anything here. They are always so kind and accommodating to our needs if you don’t mind the wait! Love how fresh the food is and how fun the drinks are.

This was not my first experience at First Watch but this was a first in Summerville. This fantastic establishment was worth the wait. The bar, the food, the ambiance … perfect pairing all-around. I highly recommend the breakfast barbacoa tacos. Add a little hot sauce for flair. I definitely should’ve held back on potatoes as it was too much food.

Our first time at this location and we’re so happy that we came.
Although there was a waiting list for inside table for 2 the hostess said we could be seated immediately if we didn’t mind the patio which over looked a nice pond.
Our server Danni, I hope I spelled it correctly was really sweet at first hello.
The brunch was amazing and with so many choices I know this will be our go to spot for our weekend dates .

We visited First Watch Carnes Crossroads on a Sunday morning, just my husband and I, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was a 45-minute wait, and we saw many people — especially elderly guests — turn away because of the long wait.
Once we were seated, we waited an additional 25 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was not very good and did not meet our expectations. Service was also lacking. Our waitress forgot a straw, and when I asked for syrup, she brought over a used bottle from another table.
The only highlight was the coffee, which was from El Huila, Colombia — that was enjoyable. However, the environment was very loud and high volume, making it difficult to have a comfortable conversation.
Overall, I do not recommend this location and do not plan to revisit.
