This place gets worse every day. Last week I was served a taco supreme with no tomatoes or lettuce. Today I ordered a nacho and was served barely anything. You’re charging $3 for 5 bites of food? Maybe you should watch employees make food before you hire them lol.

I’m not sure how much longer we will keep going here. We love Taco Bell, but I’m really tired of getting old, and poorly thrown together food. The tortillas were hard, lettuce and meat was old, and they couldn’t even bother to put together my Crunchwrap where I could actually eat it! I know I’m not the only one with complaints either. Please fix this issue.. I’d rather not drive to VB for a decent Taco Bell.

Messed up my order I asked for no pico or guacamole and to add extra cheese they didn’t add extra cheese and put the guacamole and pico on it. And almost forgot a drink and didn’t give me enough straws.

The new dipping taco was a disappointment.. save your money. Hardly any grilled cheese on it and the whole shell was cracked in half bc they put it in the very bottom of the bag.. Also, they left out our beefy melt burrito. Why is it that this Taco Bell ALWAYS leaves something out. We’ve made it a habit to check the amount of items in our bag before pulling out of the parking lot. The employees are nice but I’m tired of always having to pull back around to get what they’ve left out

I typically am not the kind of person to write reviews for places, especially not negative ones. I just feel such a complexion to do so for this specific Taco Bell… my food was every bit of disgusting. I mean who cooks this? I’m being charged a ridiculous price, just to eat cafeteria slop? Taco Bell, you need to get a new roster at the Alma location…. And you need to do so quickly. I am disappointed and disgusted in a place that means so much to me and my family

Staff was amazing…. very friendly and the two younger boys that were making the food were very clean while working very efficiently with a good attitude. wish more taco bell’s were ran like this one.

So, we usually go to this Taco Bell 3-4 times a week, every week. Today, we walk in & up to the counter & try place our order with the young lady behind the counter, only to be told, they aren’t allowed to take orders anymore. She said “ You have to use the kiosk “. I said, you are kidding, right? She said No, but I’ll come around to your side & help you. So, you mean to tell me, you can take orders in the drive thru, but not at the counter. She said that’s correct. New policy. We left & went to McDonald’s, where they were glad to take our order. AMAZING!!

This location doesn’t always have the best food. But went 2 days ago and the worst food I’ve ever had. Ordered a beef and bean burrito and received a burrito that was so messy with sour cream I couldn’t eat it. Same with a soft shell taco I ordered. again there was sour cream on it which made it so messy. I don’t even like sour cream. I don’t care how hungry I am or how quick I need something to eat. I will not be back to any taco bell!
