Good spot for fried seafood. Got clam chowder, clam strip roll, and clam strip platter. Chowder was the highlight and roll was better than the platter. Strips on their own fell apart too easily, breading wasn’t on there like it’s supposed to be. Fries that came with roll were also real good. Gave us a free shirt for leaving review also which bumps review to 5 stars, love that merch!

The clam fritters were a little too overcooked. The outside of the fritters were harder and the inside was want as soft. Filled me up fast though. My girlfriend ate all her fish, so I guess it was good cause she’s the most pickest person ever.

I love a lobster roll, and this one was no exception! It was tender, hot, and buttery. I also got the onion rings, which were good, but the fries my family got were better. We also shared a Greek salad, which was fresh and crisp and the perfect addition to the meal. Glad we stopped here!

The folks here are very polite and friendly-we ordered 2 clam strip plates, clam fritters and lobster bisque. Very clean and roomy. Family friendly. Clam straps were great as was all of our order.

Went here with my husband and kids an hour before closing time. It was very quiet but the staff were friendly and made the food fresh. The food was good, seafood was fresh and cooked well. Food was a step or two up from “seafood fast food” but not as much complexity flavor wise as a high quality seafood dining restaurant. The portions were very generous, but it was pretty pricey for what it is. However the atmosphere was nice, very welcoming with giant yard games inside and outside along with arcade games. Counter service with booth seating indoors and patio tables outside. We enjoyed that it was a casual place to spend time in addition to the yummy food. Kid friendly. I would consider going here again next time I’m in the area, though I’d probably split food between people and order less just to keep the bill down.
This may be a bit obscure unless you’re from the Rochester NY area but we agreed that it gives us the same vibes as “Bill Grays” but like the seafood version of Bill grays.

We were happy with the freshness of the food and the value! I had the cold lobster roll. It was very satisfying, personally I could’ve gone for a slightly more flavorful Mayo/dressing, but I just added some lemon. Very casual interior. Fast service!

Been here several times now.
Nice clean location, tables clearly labeled where to sit and not sit (COVID related regulations).
The fish and chips is very good, highly recommend and the child’s portion is good as well and will more than suffice for many adults.
Steak and cheese grinders are good, solid pick. Grilled cheese and hot dogs are done well and are a good menu option.
Their potato clam cakes….my my are they delish. Highly recommend you try them.
Their fries, curly fries, and onion rings are all good.
Clam Chowder and lobster bisque, to me, are not great, others I have been with have liked the chowder. I like a more robust flavored chowder- bacon, chives, black pepper….it is a moderately creamy but not thick variety. It is not bad, but just not my type of chowder.
Overall, this is a great place and will give other local seafood restaurants a run for their money. And it is nice to see a business going into the old sad looking Pizza Hut building. Good job making that run down building look fresh and new.

Went here a few times, loved the food, always cooked well and was always fresh. I just got clam fritters the other day. While eating one I bit into something really small and hard, hard enough to hurt my tooth. I spit it out in the garbage and didn’t think much of it. I started eating a different fritter and the same thing happened again. I spit it onto my plate and found two tiny pieces of what looks to be glass on my plate.. I was really scared, not knowing if I swallowed any. I did research and apparently there’s something called struvite which looks like glass but is not, commonly found in canned seafood. I’d imagine the clams from the fritters weren’t canned so I’m not sure if it’s that or not. I just hope it’s not glass because it looks exactly like glass and again, I’m not sure if I swallowed any. All I can say is I love seafood and have been eating all kinds of it from different restaurants for over a decade now, and I never once experienced something like this in clams or in other types of seafood. Don’t recommend.

Pretty darn good! I decided to give skipper’s a try and got myself a clam strip roll. I subbed out the regular fries for the curly fries and was not disappointed. My only complaint was that the container they put the tartar in did not have a lid and flipped over somewhat onto the fries. The clam strips were tasty and fresh. The batter wasn’t overly heavy or greasy. The curly fries were very good (but you will be charged $1.50 to sub these out, which does seem a bit high). The tartar was also very tasty. Overall a good meal and I thought the portion was about right. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.
