Do not go to Jersey Mike’ s in Roxboro while that older white lady is working. I went to purchase a chicken buffalo sub on a Tuesday , September 23,2025, at 2:30, and when I ordered my food , I was waiting in line and this other white lady walked in and ordered her food. Well, the older white lady started fixing her order just like I wasn’t standing there first. She’s a racist, and very Nonchalant towards black people. You guys need to get rid of her. She needs to be taken out the trash , instead of taking orders. Very unprofessional . I will never go there again to purchase anything and I’m spread the word about that lady. I will stop in Durham on the way from work, before I stop there again and I stay in Roxboro.

Jersey mikes is always good, but this particular location has 1 speed. And it’s not fast. Placed a mobile order 30 minutes in advance of pick up for 2 very simple sandwiches. Got to the store and they hadn’t even started making the order. They served everyone in line ahead of me too. It wasn’t until I got ugly with them that they even started. When I finally got my my order, they said “Sorry about the wait time”. Ok, but they created the wait time.

My experience here has always been acceptable. Many times a bit disorganized still. When using discounts it can be complicated. Came with friends and we all had our food nearly done by the time one got their sub. Noone informed us when it was ready, they had it sitting on the counter behind the register. But the food is always fresh and well prepared. I mean look at this sub! Absolutely love the new bread option (it was MUCH needed)

This has to be some of the slowest service I’ve ever received. While there was 15+ people in line, employees behind the counter were goofing off making senseless jokes. Employees were complaining to the customers about their jobs and being short staffed. One employee took several minutes to change his gloves in between each sandwich. Instead of making the sandwich the one employee decided to laugh at my gf’s condiment selection for her bowl. And proceeded to “joke” as if he were going to take it for himself. Like brother, we’ve been in line give me the damn bag!!!! Not coming back. Dude w the red hair was the only employee who seemed to care.

To pay almost $30 for 2 subs, a bag of chips and a brownie and then it not being ready after 40 minutes is appalling.
I’m not a Karen, I hate posting bad reviews about places I have to spend my money and get shitty service.
Maybe pay the employees enough to care? Or treat them like they matter????

Online ordering said gluten free bread is available. Upon arrival we were told they do not offer that here. Offered to make my sub a bowl instead, but did not change gloves to accommodate gluten allergy. Do not recommend
