Worst burgers we have ever had. Don’t even waste your money here. I’ve tried it twice because I love the Farmville and Wilson stores. This store completely missed the mark. How do you get the order wrong both times? I probably will never go back.

Ordered some gravy fries
Gravy was poured out into the plastic bag with all the other food & there was a hair in the gravy fries
Was provided the managers (Allen’s) number and he doesn’t answer nor does he respond back to a voicemail. You have to pay for your order over the phone before they’ll prepare it. I will never go here again.

Waited over an hour for a hamburger, grilled cheese and a chicken tender basket. Worst service I’ve ever had.
Edit to add: fry grease needed changing, our fries were grey and soggy. Employees were in the front corner of the restaurant hanging out with friends the majority of the time. Had to go to the counter for refills, and to get the check. Won’t be back.

VERY!!!!!poor customer service!!!! I placed a takeout order over the phone. I repeated my order 3 times and the young man repeated my order correctly back to me. When the order was picked up the order was completely wrong!!!!! I was missing a hot dog, chili cheese fries and chicken cheesesteak was a steak cheesesteak. Manger Joe had a nasty attitude and he made me feel like it was my fault my order was incorrect. So please check your order before leaving!! Because my receipt DID NOT show me what I order! So as far I know I paid and I was not asking for free food I was only getting what I paid for!!!!

Will wife stop by to pick up something for supplies hamburger steak plate she said the slaw was worst she ever had my cheesesteak was not that great at all onion rings are should I say parts of onion rings there was only one full one in the pile his place had step it game up in the last little bit but I see it has falling right back down again sorry you have loss my business the last time

We came to Snow Hill for a basketball event and decided to stop here for dinner. It was not an enjoyable experience. We were the ONLY customers in the entire restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our food. How can it take that long to cook some hotdogs and hamburgers? We had to ask for drink refills even though she had no other tables. It was like there were a bunch or stoners running the place and no one knew how to function. I am not truing to be mean when I say that, it’s truly how they acted. Then when I went back to look at other reviews, others said the same thing. The food portions were PITIFUL! I’ve never been to a HWY55 that served such small servings. You could barely see the cheese on all the burgers bc it was so tiny. You got 4 onion rings for a serving. The cooks seemed like they were clueless. After reading the reviews it sounds like this place needs new ownership or management. Terrible experience .

I’m pretty sure this HWY 55 is notably bad bc the kitchen staff or management is smoking weed in there. Smell was strong when we arrived with our large group. Guy who looked like maybe the manager disappeared when we came in and left the ONE waitress to do it all. She worked her ever loving tail off and made our experience great even if the food was mid. She put tables together for us, kept 6 different tickets totally straight, kept up with drinks, and then added shakes ALL after badly slicing her finger. If she is not in charge, she should be and she should be making a LOT more than I am guessing she does. Not one other employee helped her. Kitchen guys just stood around (vaping the weed maybe??) and watched her bust her tail. Nobody even filled drinks for her. The one other waitress we saw literally just stood next to the drive up window the whole time with NO customers driving through. Nothing. I don’t even care how the food was- one lady in there is smart, fast, and cares. Kudos to you sister. Your coworkers suck.
