Checked out Wing City – Indian Fusion Wings recently and honestly, it was a solid surprise.
I ordered the 15-wings combo, and heads-up: the place is a little confusing to find at first. The storefront actually says Burger City, but the order comes from Wing City … so don’t second-guess yourself like I did .
Taste-wise, everything delivered. The wings were flavorful and cooked well. The mango habanero wings were the clear winner…sweet, spicy, and addictive. The imli (tamarind) wings were just okay, not bad, but didn’t hit the same highs as the mango habanero.
Now the sleeper hit: the fried rice was kick-ass. Seriously good, packed with flavor, and way better than I expected from a wings spot.
Overall, despite the naming confusion, it’s a great place with tasty food and solid Indian-fusion flavors. I’d definitely go back …. and I’m sticking with the mango habanero next time.

First things first: Wing City is inside Burger City. Do not circle the block 14 times like you’re hunting for a hidden speakeasy. Just walk into Burger City and boom—you’ve arrived. Mystery solved.
Now onto the important stuff: the food. We ordered a cheeseburger, two Oreo shakes, cheese fries, and a lineup of boneless wings in Green Zing, Garlic Parmesan, Mango Sriracha, and Tikka Torch.
My son absolutely inhaled the cheeseburger. No notes, no leftovers, just silence and chewing—so I’m going to take that as a five-star endorsement from the toughest food critic I know. The Oreo shakes were perfect: thick but not “dislocate-your-jaw-trying-to-use-the-straw” thick. Loaded with Oreo bits and dangerously easy to finish.
The cheese fries were seasoned really well and covered in ooey-gooey cheese sauce that actually sticks to the fries (a crucial detail). But the real star? The boneless wings. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside—exactly how they should be. The sauces had a nice Asian-inspired twist that felt fresh compared to the usual wing lineup. Green Zing and Tikka Torch especially brought the flavor.
We’ll definitely be back. Now that we know where it is, we can skip the scavenger hunt and go straight to the wings.

Great wings and great value! I ordered 30 wings and tried 4 sauces. They did not disappoint! I had Bombay Buffalo, Sweet Chili and then played it safe with BBQ and Garlic parmesan. All tasted great. I can’t wait to try more flavors. The Bombay buffalo and sweet chili had unique flavors that were delicious. The price point was great! My only regret is not discovering these sooner!

They have great Indian fusion sauces, which they make in-house. I tried all the sauces they gave samples of as well; I loved their tikka torch and buffalo sauces. Great deal for wings as well. Must try their combos.

As a spicy Caucasian, I’m often let down by the spice level of wings and other spicy foods. That is NOT the case here. I had the Schezwan fire wings and the Imli blaze wings. Both were amazing. I also had the Asian Cajun fries, they were ok, not sure I love that flavor combo or if they were just outshined by the wing flavors. Either way, I’ll be back.

The wings are amazing..Crispy outside tender inside! And the flavors are unique and so tasty. Asian Cajun, Bombay Buffalo, Imli Glaze are the 3 I tried and loved them all! And there are more flavors to try. Plus Danny is a wonderful host and very very nice!

Great wings in Lisle! Big, juicy wings with bold flavors you won’t find anywhere else. The Mango Sriracha and Lemon Pepper were fresh, flavorful, and not greasy. Definitely one of the best wing spots around—highly recommend Wing City!
