Such a disappointing experience! From the hostess to the food to the server. Got there and got seated in a booth, I stood up and looked around and saw several tables open so I asked the hostess if we could move to a table and was abruptly told no, they were getting ready to combine tables to make them bigger, which they never did. Received our food, which was awful. My husbands burger was completely under cooked, my blackened fish tacos were dry, the “fresh” veggies served with the steak were definitely frozen and our waitress never came back after she brought our food. I had to go ask the hostess to track her down so we could pay our bill and leave. All in all, I would expect more based on the pricing on the menu.

Listen. I just got my wisdom teeth out, I’m in pain, can barely open my mouth — and I end up at Noah’s Canteen in Kellogg, Idaho. I figured I’d just get something simple I could eat. But then Gavin walks in like the main character.
This man didn’t just serve — he served. I mentioned I couldn’t eat much, and suddenly I had food that was actually perfect for me. Then my phone started dying, and I half-jokingly said I’d tip him if he could find me a charger. Bro walked back out with a whole battery pack. Not a cord. Not a plug. A battery pack. I was speechless.
Gavin wasn’t just a server that night — he was a hero, a provider, a saint. The food was great, but honestly? Gavin was the meal. Noah’s Canteen, take note: protect this man at all costs.

We came in as a family of four (me, my wife, and our two kids). My wife and I both ordered the Jackass Burger, one kid had the mac and cheese, and the other got a grilled cheese.
Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. The burgers were extremely dry — both the pulled pork and the burger patty had almost no moisture. It was so dry we literally needed water just to swallow it. Definitely not what you expect from a burger that’s supposed to be juicy and flavorful.
The kids’ meals were okay at best, nothing special. What made it worse was the service speed — the restaurant was almost empty and we were the only table, yet it still took a long time for the food to come out.
Overall, very disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back.

We stopped in for dinner and a couple drinks. The Lemon Drop was fantastic and so was my first Silver Mt old fashioned. The second seem a little watered down. We also tried the Autumn Pear martini which we did not car for. The ribeye and mashed potatoes were good, the burgers really good as well.

Located at the base of the longest gondola in North America expectations were high as we arrived for dinner. We visited 3 days before the 23/24 ski season kicked off to an almost empty bar area (we were given a choice to sit on the restaurant side). Other than a few employees talking about the upcoming season red bull TV played on a 5 minute loop on the wall and a big screen had football. I ordered the ribeye (no mention of what it came with) and my partner ordered the pulled pork tacos. I’m typically a rare steak person but a handy diagram at the table strongly urged me to order medium rare which I did. The steak came with a potato puree (I really can’t call it mashed potatoes due to the texture) and “mixed vegetables” which consisted of mostly carrots and some broccoli with a great amount of garlic. I’ll start with the steak, first, it was a very solid well done. No pink to be found, a solid grey. It tastes good but was unseasoned and somehow was missing any char on the outside. The steak was also served at room temperature (which was a trend with all of the food). The veggies were to be expected from previously frozen likely microwave reheated room temperature veggies. The saving grace (actually of the whole meal for me) was ample amounts of garlic on the veggies (thank you whoever’s idea that was). The potato puree, my first bite my taste buds went into shock and then rebellion. “Are the potatoes, here taste” was all I could manage to my partner. She, being a mashed potato connoisseur, immediately replied she had no idea. There was something very sour and tangy that was overriding any other flavor. My guess was either Greek yogurt or too old sour cream. I asked the bartender/server and neither was on the short list ingredients so my imagination kicked in hinting at something fuzzy and much too old. The tacos.. The meat oddly had no flavor and the sauce tasted like beer and beer only. Not bad if you’re a beer fan but neither of us are… The cilantro creme on top tasted like purely ground cilantro with a tiny bit of cream and something we couldn’t place that made the tip of our tongues tingle and had a slight bitter spicy after taste. She took a bite, I took a bite, she sent them back to the kitchen.
Now, what was good? Welp, not good but outright amazing. First, we got the poutine to start and it exceeded expectations. If it had been a little hotter (see comment above about room temp) it would have been 10/10 but was 9/10 instead. The fries were crisp, the brown gravy was very tasty and the large cheese curds were well seasoned with a hint of spice. There was a good ratio of green onions sprinkled on the Kerry everything and tasted fantastic.
For desert we ordered the cookies and cream cake. Unfortunately they were out…
Service: the bartender/server was awesome. He was attentive and handled the issue we had with grace. I felt bad for him after we overheard him telling another employee that of the handful of tables yed had that night every one of them had problems with the kitchen.

Don’t even waste your money. This is our second time trying Noah’s, the first time the burger was barely cooked and came out basically Cold.
This time we went to try it again thinking “it can’t be worse” ohhh it got worse.
First of all it took over an hour to come out, we had 5 meals and were one of 4 tables. The cheese curds came out with 8 cheese curds for 14$ they were mediocre. Next came the food, the blacked fish tacos were horrible, the fish tasted spoiled the sauce was horrible and the salsa looked like it had been made last month.
We the burger also and it was so dry you could Choke on it, the kids meal was about the only thing half way decent besides the almost stale bread use for the grill cheese.
Again don’t waist your money.

Chicken fettuccine was great! Tasted super good along with the burger we had.
The fish tacos were ok, I think could’ve used a little more slaw for how long they are.
Drinks were good and reasonably priced.
However a side of sweet potato fries was $10. That was absurd to me and was more than the price of a drink.
Other than that staff was friendly and nice, liked that it’s on the property of silver mountain. Always down to try new food.

Ribeye steak very tough. Poutine fries had cold cheese on top instead of covered with hot gravy to melt it. For the price you expect a better cut of meat. $48 for the steak an it was chewy.

Spent a few days here at the resort working/vaca. Shrimp tacos were my favorite. Shrimp fettuccine was great too. Cheese burger ok. Like my burger less cooked. Bartender made great Cadillac margaritas.

My sister and I took her two girls and had a great meal. Our server, Kayla was really wonderful. Tired kiddos from a day of swimming and she was so patient giving them drink choices. The food was delicious! The ahi appetizer was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I had the Tri Tip Dip with onion rings and huckleberry lemonade, sister had a blue cheese burger, both were fantastic. Nieces enjoyed “Bears on a mountain” for dessert. Pretty fun. Yum! Great spot!
