Horrible and unprofessional. Took my phone and overcharged me. Came back after days of calling and no answer. Jaz was quick to say the manager should answer the phone there and they cannot do anything. Manager in back refused to come out or fix the situation. Just wanted the overage corrected. No problem, now I will dispute the whole amount with my bank. Try the macungie location they are much better.

Half price Wednesdays. Swedish fish ice. It was an addiction for me over the summer. Very, very good.
Update: I don’t think half price Wednesdays exist anymore but I still got a free small Swedish Fish ice for my birthday in the Rita’s app. Great stuff.

The workers there are kind. However they lack the knowledge of what is supposed to be in what you order off their board. We got the concrete ( cookies and cream) minimal cookies and the cup was 1/2 full and 0 hot fudge. The portions are ridiculous. Weather you ask for small, medium or large they all are the same amount. What’s the point of paying those prices if you are not getting what you order. The one in Macungie gets 5 stars, definitely not Hamilton.

Absolutely delightful with my husband yesterday night. Got two large mango gelatos the best flavor out there! Korynne took our order and was a delight. Very good at answering our many questions lol. Definitely would recommend on a hot summer day.

One if the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, the worker who served us, Nisma A, not only got our order wrong, we asked for a gelato but they gave us a normal ice, the worker had almost no enthusiasm at all, almost like she did not want to work there, and she was just rude. She lacked basic professionalism and made it hard for us to enjoy our experience there.
