This was our second time having brunch at Pintxos. Both times were awesome.
Tommy provided top notch service (and makes a mean cocktail). Josh (in the kitchen) is a true master of his craft- every menu item we have had so far has been amazing. Can’t wait to work my way through the rest of this menu!

We stopped in on Friday and grabbed a couple of drinks and an empanada during happy hour. This place is a great addition to Salem! It’s got a chill vibe. Not divey, but not pretentious either. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were really friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Their happy hour menu has great deals, and the veggie empanada we tried was delicious! Definitely will be back!

This place absolutely crushes it, especially during happy hour. The beer & empanada special is borderline irresponsible (for my wallet and my self-control). Great beer selection, poured right, ice cold, and paired with empanadas that are way better than they have any right to be at happy hour prices.
The empanadas? Crispy, flavorful, clearly made with care—not some sad frozen bar snack. Perfect beer food. You order one… then another… then you realize happy hour has turned into dinner and you’re not even mad about it.
Happy hour here is crazy—the kind where you double-check the menu because you’re convinced there’s a typo. There isn’t. Pintxo’s just understands the assignment.
Great vibe, great staff, great value. Whether you’re stopping in for “just one” (lol) or actually planning a night out, Pintxo’s delivers every time.

Look, first you flew down the highway now you’re creeping down the alleyway and luck and fate merge into one moment in this cosmic timeline and you find yourself in front of Pintxo’s doorway… Do you dare enter? Well you made this far in life.. best you do, because let me tell you..the beer, cold…The empanadas, delicious… the atmosphere, thick and cozy. And the staff, graciously hospitable. At Pintxos Happy Hour, $31 got me two drinks, a delicious hatch chicken empanada, a vibrant caprese salad centered on an heirloom tomato the size of a softball, and four meatballs set in a hedonistically savory sauce. I left absolutely stuffed, sated, and in a much better mood.
The music? Chill. The drinks? Thoughtful, fun, and well-made. The Fish? Tinned and served on bread. Oh, and the staff? A collection of local Salem food industry vets who know their stuff and always make you feel welcome. Couldn’t be happier to have a place like Pintxos in Salem.
