Food tasted great and is so close to our house that this will be the spot for our PHO needs. Service was was ok but looked to be undermanned, but hopefully they get some extra help. The place itself is fine nothing special but has potential to be a very vibrant spot if given the right attention since it’s a large restaurant. My bubble tea was delicious and the Thai tea could use a little more coconut milk or condensed just a little sweeter would be perfect. The pho was great and the rice noodles were also great. Prices were ok as well.

Very delicious! With them being super busy, you can tell they work really hard. Their food proves it too. It was worth the wait. They are very kind. Thank you I Love Pho team. Your broth was wonderful and your tripe was excellent! The jalapenos were fire, it was divine! Thank you very much for the perfect portions of onions, lime, and sauce cup. I called in advance to pick up, it takes about 30mins, just a heads up that might actually help them out as well if you call ahead. Again, worth the wait. I definitely got my Pho fix!

This is one of my favorite Pho places. I’ve been coming here for the last year or 2 since I’ve moved to the springs and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. It’s never too busy, and I’ve never had too wait too long for my food. I usually come here with the family, and even my toddlers love it. They have a kids size pho that is small enough for my toddlers to split and not waste any food, but if you come here with an older kid it might be too small. I can’t relate to any of the negative reviews, but we love this place

Boo, be caught me off guard at a strip mall. Having been disappointed with bland broth in town, this location had more flavor and was still strained well. A sign of long and careful simmering. Not mind blowing enough to make a special trip but good enough to stop in when in the area.
I ordered the brisket and raw beef. The broth was hot enough to cook the beef to medium well. You can tell the meat was slices to order and the add ins were crispy fresh. Value: a medium $9 is the size of other’s larges. I was scared going in but it was very clean and the staff looked to follow health protocols.
Their spring rolls and Vietnamese plates looked appetizing enough to return.
If you’re cold and want something besides standard soup or ramen, this is a safe bet.

I love this place! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about six years. I live in Florence, and I will drive up to Springs on my day off just to go to I love pho. It’s always fresh, and I’m never disappointed. Service is friendly. I’m never disappointed.

I’m on a work trip from seattle,wa and this was the closest to my hotel.

Usually where I’m from ( wa state ) pho restaurants are Owned by Asians and Asian workers so to my surprise I was greeted by an American elder lady and seemed to be a Mexican cook. Not hating. I love Mexican food btw. But the atmosphere seemed off, pricing was a little on the hefty side than what I’m used to paying. Place was completely dead. No chili oil which I thought was weird. Broth was decent, a little on the saltier side. Doesn’t seem to have proper ventilation system as I can strongly smell the grilling and see smoke coming out to the lobby area. Overall, combo pho was eh. Meat didn’t have flavor just so bland. Water tasted like tap water. I also ordered a vermicelli bowl which was okay. The sauce didn’t taste authentic, noodles were a little hard. Egg rolls were small and agian, meat didn’t have much flavor. It got me full though.

2 stars for salty broth, bland meats, no chili oil, room temp ice water and over priced. But good thing my job pays for all my dining expenses.

With only one other table in the restaurant, we were treated like we weren’t wanted there.
My daughter asked for pork spring rolls, they brought us shrimp. She’s allergic to shrimp so we had to send them back. The guy that came out when the server didn’t speak English seemed super annoyed, but we didn’t really want her to die today.
He stopped speaking to my daughter all together, every time she would say thank you, he put his head down and hummed mmhmm. He even seemed mad when she asked for a spoon for the soup!
The food was okay, maybe not the worst pho in town, but we’re not from the Springs. I have to say the best part was the jasmine tea. The wontons (order of 4) were squishy and the noodles in the combo bowl were soggy.
The atmosphere looks like they just started the business and started serving before they got the place put together. Chairs stacked up blocking one side of the restaurant off, a hose or a power cord is strung across the dinning area from the restroom to the kitchen!
Thankfully we don’t live close enough to try this experience again.
THEN HE CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE WRONG TABLE!

We waited an extra half hour to recieve our pick up order, only to be told they did not have our order. They then told my boyfriend to sit down because him standing and waiting (politely and quietly) was disturbing the experience of the dine in customers. They then “found” our order. The food felt very overpriced for the portion we received and was very bland and mushy. The boba in the boba tea and smoothies was hard and stale. It was a disappointing experience. We will not be going again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1st time trying this place and I say it’s very good. I had plan chicken fried rice and the portion size is small for what you can get at other places for what you would pay but it’s really good. I forgot to mention the wait time. I ordered online thinking it be quicker but after the 30min I came to the restaurant and had to wait another 10mins for my food to be done. So I say be ready to wait to enjoy the food.

Best Pho I’ve had PHO SHO!! Absolutely amazing. Everything we ate was so fresh and delicious. Not the best customer service but the food alone, definitely warrants a visit every possible time.
