Brandon greeted me with a genuine smile and an upbeat, positive attitude that instantly made the experience enjoyable. He handled everything with efficiency and care, ensuring my order was accurate and fresh. His communication was clear and courteous, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before driving off.
It’s rare to see someone who takes such pride in their work and represents their company so well. Brandon is a role model manager and a shining example of what great leadership and customer service should look like at a drive-thru window.

Great design with multiple seating settings whether you decide to dine in store or lounge in the outdoor seating area both look and feel comfortable. I used the mobile app to place my order which was seemingly effortless. If I had to gripe about anything the orange Fanta was out and there were no large lids at the self service station. However the staff quickly and efficiently rectified the issue. The food was hot and delicious and the ONLY place in Coolidge you’ll find a chicken biscuit sandwich ☺️.
I look forward to returning and trying multiple things on the menu.

I ordered the 8) Meal Deal,.. 2 Jr Bacons, Fries drink etc,, Upon placing the order I asked for No Mayo, The young lady politely asked if I wanted both jr bacons without Mayo, I said Yes, Thank You! About a 6/7 minute drive Home, Both Burgers are caked with Mayo. I drive back & explain the situation, The staff says, No Problem we will remake the burgers but can’t take the Food I returned, They proceed to give me 2 Bacon Burgers & No Fries,.. I said we are 30 minutes from when I got my Order, It’s All Cold! Nope Can’t Help Me Redo The Entire Order!! I asked for my Money back which they did do quickly! I still have the original food order & my money back! Wendy’s should have remade the order & move on, Actually Paid Me to come thru the drive thru!!!!

I was excited to have a Wendys in Coolidge as it is my favorite fast food place, however I would recommend you skip this one. 5 of my last 6 orders have been wrong while using the drivethrough. The employees taking orders always sound distracted and my orders never show up on the screen so I can’t confirm what they are putting in. Maybe I would have better chances using the app but at this point I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

The last two times I visited for Breakfast my order was wrong. This last one was simply gross. A hamburger bun in place of a Biscuit. When they first opened food was fresh staff was great.. now something has changed.

Love Wendy’s but so disappointed in my breakfast at this one. Croissant sandwich was smashed. The top part of Croissant was about 1/8 of an inch it was so smashed bottom half was thick and hard. 3 tables with people and all the rest of the tables were dirty. I waited till they were not busy cause I know it’s been hectic there. Today they were not busy.

I have now ate at this wendy’s around 3 times and each time i have gotten an attitude from someone. Especially this go around i went through the drive through late at night so i expected non the less someone to be grouchy but this lady argued with me about ranch even though i paid extra for the ranch she decided to still argue with me on something i paid for and that im asking for. Worst service ive had in a while.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Not only are the usual rude the food is always terrible quality. Not to mention you can’t even get a ranch packet after you spent $20 on a salad and chicken.

Love the fact that we finally get a new place to eat in town, but the quality of food we are paying for is absurd. I have been to multiple Wendy’s in my time and have never been disappointed. Hopefully this new Wendy’s in town gets their stuff in order. Posted some photos of what I ordered from their menu and what I got.

Went through the drive through around 7pm. We ordered 2 baconator meals. Burgers were very good, also ordered 2 brownie frosty fusions, we didn’t realize until we got home that we received 2 oreo fusions by mistake. Although they were the wrong one we still enjoyed them. They were kind enough to let me buy 3 large patties for my Dogs & they gave us 4 The lady in the window was very nice and even smiled as she thanked us for coming by. Fast service & good burgers with a smile.
