Ive ordered from the Clayton location for several years, and when I first moved here 8 years ago it was good. The past 3 or so years its gotten so awful, I mean I just went through the reviews and they speak for themselves. The pizza we have normally been revieving is greasy floppy pizza. Today I got greasy, burnt pizza. It was so bad the cheese wasnt even attached to the bottom crust as my picture shows. My daughter got chicken and it was like rubber and looked a bit pink so we trashed that. The wings I get are normally pretty good, but these were soggy, and the sauce was like they poured a half gallon in the container. Sadly this will be our last as our bill was 50$ to feed 2 adults and 2 kids and it wasnt even worth 5$. If anyone else sees this it sounds odd but I do reccomend ordering from the Drexel location, its always salty, flavorful and the staff is nice. Been eating at that one since I was in my teens. Ill be getting ours from there from now on, even with having to drive out.

Very disappointed. I ordered a veggie pizza with premium chicken and no onions—instead, I got onions and pepperoni.
I called to fix it and was met with condescending customer service more focused on blaming how I ordered than fixing the issue. My second pizza was still wrong—missing banana peppers and had no salt, so it lacked flavor. For almost $30, this is unacceptable. Quality really depends on who’s working—Samsun is great with customers and offers great service and you can tell he cares, but sadly he was not the one who handled the call or order. This experience was frustrating, especially when recovering from a procedure. Cassano’s needs to do better consistently.. Very disappointed! Looks can be deceiving- oh and by the way that I mention, I’m allergic to onions.

Super cheese my ass! This is pathetic. Never again! Paid almost thirty bucks for extra sauce and extra cheese on top of it being called a super cheese. Super ripoff it what it is! Can get a medium pan from dominos for 7.99 and it had more cheese than this sorry excuse for a pizza!

I ordered a small cheese with light sauce, and it was horrible. Little to no cheese, and the crust was tough and difficult to chew. However, my husband’s pizza consisting of sausage and pepperoni was made to order, and he thought it was delicious.

Cassano’s Pizza King replied to my post pertaining to an order on 09/08/2025. While the reply was not addressed in a timely manner. However, I was asked to contact their customer service department for a resolution; my resolution is to not return.

Customer service was very professional and friendly. And then even after they made a mistake, they made it right and without having to say anything about it, they just gave it to us and still made our correct order. I feel like other places would have tried to act like somehow it was our fault they messed it up and then charged us to make it again, the rite way. Regardless, food was delicious and service was pleasant to deal with.

I’m posting photos From my app showing that I order a pizza from here every day and I do mean every day. The last pizza I got, I had a problem because it was a little over done and dry. I didn’t want it replaced that day because I had no time as we were busy. I thought it was taken care of after I talk to somebody. So today when I called to get my pizza, I am put through so much of checking everything and I said you clearly see that I order every day from you guys and whoever I talk to must’ve not put it in the computer that my piece was supposed to be replaced I got offered a $10 credit tonight. I’m sitting here looking at how much I spend at this restaurant and he wanna offer me $10 credit and also what it was my pizza redone today. I told them to cancel it because she had put the order through she said and then they come to the door with the pizza telling me that I owe money I thought well maybe they changed their mind. No, they did not. I don’t even carry cash, but even if I did, I was not paying for this pizza. I feel like as a regular customer that there should not have went through when I called. I was told their policy is to give an amount they will cover if theirs a problem. Ok so my last order was 24.34 and I couldn’t get my pizza tonight at all. This was the customer service manager call center. This is his thinking to give me 10.00 credit. After what I spend daily everyday.
Thank you to the manager that got ahold of me and was very apologetic and made things right with me. I know Cassanos is a great company but sometimes we get one bad apple in a store who might ruin it for them. Some people just can’t handle being in a leaders position because they abuse it. Cassanos thank you for seeing that and fixing mistakes that you was unaware of.

Fam asked for something different and chose this place. Initially I planned to order a small sub, thinking it would be 6″, which I felt was pushing it for $8, only to find out that the small is a 4″ sub. You can’t call 4″ a sub, it’s barely a few bites and for the price they’ve got Springfield messed up. Too expensive for what you get, and I’m sure it was just the day we went but they were also ridiculously slow, confused the 2 customers before us mixing up first their orders and then their names. Or orders were correct and complete as ordered but 10 out of 10 will not visit again based on price vs value. Still in disbelief that they cut the tip off of a roll and call that anything.

I’ve loved Cassano’s pizza since I was a child. I realize Cassano’s has gone down in terms of taste and quality.
While I know good Cassano’s locations still exist, this one was in a word, horrible!
The pizza was awful.
The location was not clean.
The staff clearly didn’t care about the quality of the food they produced.
This Cassano’s location was terrible!

There is no point going to the pick up window nobody will answer it. I had to park my car and go inside and still nobody wanted to help me. The pizzas were not the best and spending $55 I would hope for better quality and service. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The delivery drivers don’t have to call when they deliver your pizza they can just drop it wherever and let you wonder if your stuff will ever be delivered. I got freezing cold, burnt pizza. I don’t know what world these delivery drivers are from but my whole life the pizza driver calls when they’ve arrived with your pizza including Cassano’s
