When I don’t feel like cooking, I always go to Big O’s Bbq. Family owned, super friendly, and great food.

This is takeout only. I’ve had both the rib tips and the sausage and I think the rib tips are really very good. I like them a little bit better cooked than just being chewy. The sauce is excellent and I’m surprised they don’t sell it. Downside that I would see is that they soak the fries in barbecue sauce which make it hard to resist end up eating the whole thing which I don’t want to do with french fries. I try to come here every two weeks and it’s always good food.

Okay I had to double back a second time before I gave my review, first time I went I got the hot links and tip combo with a order of chicken wings and this time I got rib tips and catfish fillet dinner, a side of greens and yams, and 2 cups of sauce,honestly everything was delicious! The rib tips were tender and chewable, as well as the hot links, the catfish was fried good and flaky in the middle a little salty but could be me since being in these 40s for a while I tend to taste a lot of salt greens and yams was also good! And last thing the sauce! now y’all know that sauce is good tequila even told me herself we need to be able to get a bottle of that

My husband and I just left Big Os BBQ… and let me tell you. Absolutely fantastic. The customer service is excellent and the family running the place are truly warm and welcoming. Now for the food… Make sure to go on an empty stomach because the portions are large and the flavor is even bigger. We got the BBQ chicken and the fried wings, with Mac and cheese and dressing. Everything was so good we had to go back to try their carmel cake as well. Also very delicious. Definitely try this place out and make sure to get extra mild sauce because it was bussin! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have been to Big O’s several times and everything I have tried is delicious. The rib tips are tender and juicy, and the sauce is very tasty. I also tried the double cheeseburger. It reminds me of burgers served at Maxwell Street locations in Chicago. The steak burger is also excellent and very filling. Service is also fantastic. The young lady taking the orders is extremely friendly.

Nobody reviewing this place so I tried it. Word on the street was they were dry. Well my rib tips were nice and moisture. Good flavor. Plenty of meat for 15$ . I would have liked more sauce. The sauce was very thin so not much sticks to meat. With sauce that thin some should be supplied on the side. What I hate is when BBQ sits in a bed of fries. I don’t like my fries getting all soggy. We should at least have that option. Other then that it was a decent meal

First time I went to the restaurant customer service was excellent. I tried the hot links and the rib tips the hot links were a little spicy, too much for me. The rib tips were excellent, and the sauce was delicious. I will be a return customer

My husband and I decided to try out this place earlier today for dinner. We never heard of this place and just happened to see their sign and smelled a beautiful Smokey smell so we stopped in to take some food home. So glad that we did because the food was amazing and the people that work there are just so kind, passionate about their food and so helpful with making our decision on what food we wanted to try!
We each got the rib tip meal and believe me when I say, the portion sizes will definitely leave you with a full and happy tummy! I am not a cake person, but the way they talked about their homemade caramel cake got us to take a piece of that home with us too! Let me tell you…..I absolutely LOVED that piece of cake and am now questioning if I didn’t like cake before just because I never had cake like this! I can’t wait to try other things on their menu at the next visit!!!! 🙂

Visited for the 1st time today we got rib tip link combo it was good meat was tender very nice smokey flavor links were cooked just right love how they sliced the tips instead of usual Chicago style chunks very easy to eat service was fast ordered at the counter had food less than 10 mins my only complaint is the sauce was flavorful but very thin hardly any on the meat fries were drenched i was very satisfied nice portion size i definitely will try again soon recommend to try i ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic
