The taste of the food was good and normal for taco bell but the portion of the beans in the burrito made it look like a taquito. Every other taco bell gives you your money’s worth, but this one said they were using guidelines. Hell it looked like a smear on a tortilla pad. Not going there again to the Harrington one ever again. If you want a normal burrito go to any other in delaware except that one. I work hard for my money..

I’ve gone to this location more times than I should, but i’ve never had a problem with my food or anything. I love the tablets being present, and everytime I customize something they have gotten it perfect. I can understand why those may say that the service is slow, but they make your food fresh on the spot.

Honestly, this location did not impress at all.
Service was lacking, which is what it is. Not that big of a deal. A good bit of the tables needed a wipe down, the floors needed to be cleaned, the high chairs were both dirty with food crumbs and spilled drink stains, I didn’t even dare look at the bathroom just based on the dining room. My chicken quesadilla… I just don’t really understand what happened with that. Just refer to the photo. I didn’t get the receipt I requested when ordering on the kiosk. Again, no biggie but still just another nail in the complaint coffin. And there was an actual nail half-sticking out of the booth section of the tables that ripped my pants, so that was fun. The co2 was out so all the sodas were flat, and there was no ice so I couldn’t even have a cold flat soda.
Maybe it was a bunch of unfortunate things all at once, or maybe this place needs some help. I’m not sure which, but I probably won’t be visiting this location for a while.

THEY’RE SLOW!!!! I arrived about 15 mins after placing my mobile order, yet, I still sat in drive-thru for minutes, only to be told to move to the parking lot and they would bring my food out. This is ridiculous! It will be a long time before I return to this location again. (Harrington,Delaware) Also, I asked for 2 hot sauce and 2 mild sauces. I received over 30 packets combined. Some filled my breakfast box, and I was handed a bag of sauces as well. I don’t know if they were trying to be funny or actually giving me a ridiculous amount of sauces. This restaurant needs to do better.

It took 30 minutes to receive my food. On top of that my crunchwrap supreme was burnt. My taco was soggy from not draning the meat so it made it very mushy. My Pepsi drink was water down. My nacho cheese sauce was very cold. My Chips were very salty. I feel as if you you took 30 minutes to make my food everything should have been perfect I was not happy with my service taco bell. I was disappointed with the quality I received I expected better from this taco bell I visit often. I look forward for your response on how this issues will be resolved

When they opened up maybe a month before I was thrilled. But I go in on a weekday lunch run to eat, at 11:42 I place my order get my meal. I turn around and not a place to sit because they decided it was time to do house cleaning. All of the chairs where up on tables except the bench by the wall. Well they were occupied. I’m standing there as one of the staff is at the high top table eating and just looks at me. She told me they were all on lunch break. “But I’ll put these chairs down for you”. But what confused me most was the girl who took my order was the same one who was to be sweeping the floors. I guess she finally finished after I left with my lunch. Come on brand new Taco Bell. Set up better cleaning schedules. I haven’t been back since, but I’ll give them another try and more stars.

Horrible experience! Waited 20 minutes just to pay for our food as workers were talking and standing around and walking in and out of the store. I asked one for help and he walked away. Just as we were about to walk out he finally took our order and he did not seem happy about it at all! Once our food came we noticed that the modifications that were made on a few things were ignored and found a USED glove in my child’s food!! If I could give this place zero stars I would as that’s all it deserves!

Almost 7 dollars for basically an onion and tomatoes burrito tonight. Last time I checked burritos are round. Honestly whoever made this knew this was pathetic. It was literally flat. Not to mention the stale burrito wrap SMH
