The employees here are very good and quick, however this location has been out of ingredients almost every time I’ve been. If you order ahead you can almost count on it not being made when you get there, because they are out of something and want to check before they make it with alternate ingredients. How this location is literally out of standard smoothie ingredients time and time again it’s beyond me. I’ve never had this problem at the Midtown location. It is further from me but I can get in and out with my drink made when I pre order. It is ridiculous when you spend $15 ish per smoothie.

I take my wife here all the time and she gets the same exact thing every time. Nothing different literally the same thing every time. We received our order and it looked nothing like how it usually does. We asked them to remake it and after waiting a long time at that we just left because my wife was like I don’t want anyone to spit in my drink because they’re mad. I Won’t be going back we will just go to the Tuscaloosa location I see why this location has a 3.8 star rating lol

I’ve visited Tropical Smoothie in Midtown several times over the years and ALWAYS get a Detox Island Green. Today was my first time getting one at this location and it taste Horrible ! There was no sweetness to it whatsoever it was just straight Kale flavor. Very disappointed .

Just left this location. The car in front of me was able to order but I sat at the speaker box for 5-8 minutes saying hello and I was ignored. That is horrible customer service. The car behind me along with myself left without being offered assistance. I don’t have this problem during the day time so I might be back but I won’t be back on the weekends or evening.

Went inside ordered 2 smoothies and a wrap got our smoothies fast and they were really good but then waited over 30 minutes for the wrap went up to the counter and they forgot our order and then started making it. Not happy how 3 people ordered after us and got their food within 5 minutes. Very disappointed in how that was handled.
