Haven’t been here since I was about 10. We used to stop on our way to visit my grandpa. Had the chance to stop in with my little family, overall it was awesome. Definitely has had a remodel and it looks great. The burger is good (get extra sauce to get through it) and the sour cream fries are a must try. My son actually enjoyed his kids meal and finished his whole mini burger, he said it was the best!

Have heard for years that the Bay Port Hotel has great burgers from friends , and knew that M – Live had said it had the best burgers in the Michigan thumb region, but finally had an opportunity to go and try them out . And there all absolutely correct !!!! We had a 18oz Leroy burger , a patty melt and split a full order of fries, all were excellent , decent service , reasonable prices , best burgers we’ve had in a long time ! We will be visiting them again !

We stop by on a whim. This was by far the best food we have had since we have been in Michigan. The breaded mushrooms were amazing. Highly recommended. The server was so kind and fast.
