While picking up a DoorDash order at Cassano’s Pizza, I waited several minutes for an employee to assist me. Eventually, a woman who had just entered the store while walking her dogs stepped behind the counter to help. She did not wash her hands beforehand and had visible dog hair on her clothing. This was very concerning from a hygiene and food-safety standpoint and felt extremely unprofessional. I hope management addresses proper sanitation and staff protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and delivery drivers.

Absolutely delicious! Every single time I am in town I order a pizza to take home and it’s always fresh, hot and the staff is friendly. When you call you are routed through the call center which is different but I’m sure it helps them focus on cooking. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was minimal but passable and the location was clean, but seemed like they were hiding everything (condiments) behind the counter.
Just to be honest, if this is Dayton style pizza, why? Greasy, cut in a way that made it hard to eat, and only decent on flavor.

I had a delivery from the Warren St. Dayton, OH. location. The Two 10″ subs were tasty. But, They told me delivery would be 11/2 hr. wait, it turned out to be 2 hrs. My complaint is that the subs were luke-warm. They probably would’ve been hotter had they used the paper to wrap them before just putting them in boxes! The gentleman who delivered them was professional, but forgot my receipt.

I have never had a pizza that was this bad. Money down the drain. It was overcooked so bad the cheese fell off the burnt crust. What happened to Cassano’s? This was my favorite pizza place, but I won’t go back.
Update: The shift manager took care of my concerns today.

First Cassanos pizza in 15+ years since we moved away. The oregano and salt brought back the memories. Excellent!

My only complaint is that you can only get it in southwest Ohio. I absolutely love cassanos pizza. Been eating it my entire life. Everytime I’m back in Ohio it a must stop! I’m even taken some home for the road trip. Love it!

For our family, Cassanos is more than just a pizza place; it’s a tradition. No matter when we came back to Dayton to visit family, our first stop was always Cassano’s. It’s been a staple in our family’s lives for as long as I can remember.
Recently, we tried the new location on Brown Street in downtown Dayton, and it did not disappoint! The place is sparkling clean, with a modern vibe that still feels warm and inviting. The staff was absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the pizza! It was out of this world! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had the perfect blend of tang and sweetness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Every bite was pure comfort and satisfaction.
Cassano’s Pizza is more than just a pizza joint; it’s a taste of home for our family. The new location on Brown Street is a fantastic addition, and I can’t wait to make more memories there with my loved ones. If you’re looking for delicious pizza, a welcoming atmosphere, and a touch of nostalgia, look no further than Cassano’s. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the only place open in Easter. This was an out-of-town family outing. The pizza was ok. All of them needed salt, but we ordered the pizza without salt bc there is always too much when they do use salt. Along with pizza we ordered wings and mozzarella sticks. The sticks were ok. The wings were good. There was initially an issue with the fountain drink machine, but the manager fixed that. The manager was nice and accommodating.
