I never have had any issues at this location until today! I was asked what I would like to order at the DT, I asked if I can please have a large pumpkin spiced hot coffee with oatmilk and whipped cream? The guy then asked again what I wanted and after each item I confirmed it, specifying to make sure its a hot pumpkin spiced latte with oatmilk and whipped cream.
Got to the window and he hands me a weird colored like faint pinkish iced drink, and I said I ordered a hot pumpkin spiced latte. So then he like freezes and this young strung out looking lady manager comes to the window and says well this drink actually only comes cold and the reason its cold is because of the froth we put on top is making it that way.
Side note in my brain( where did the ice cubes develop from, can’t be from that froth).
I told her that I always get the hot latte at another starbucks without any question, so thenn I wait for like 5 min. Then I get my drinks and they are double cupped with no whipcream, no oatmilk and the coffee tastes oddly like bacon.
I paid for two items added and did not receive them and did not receive the pumpkin. So Im a little upset and Im not confrontational so Im writing a review instead.

Nice Starbucks. Clean inside and not a long wait for service. Staff were efficient. Sat here for a time and it was loud inside the restaurant, as in the sound bounces off the windows and counters.

Love my Iced Coffee & hot coffee too…today that Shaken Expresso was necessary with lots to do. Plus while sitting in the car wash line it was a nice treat with the mini scone. Very friendly staff at this location.

I was in just now at 9:28 and the man working the drive thru sneezed on his arm/hand and counter..I watched him get a napkin and wipe his arm and handoff and never washed his hands or sanitized the counter… I honestly don’t even want my coffee now. That was foul.

Since when “light ice” meant fill up the whole cup with ice? Why bother to even put those requests on the label if you cannot read and follow? Disappointed that simple request as such can’t be delivered right.

I’m not entirely sure what’s going on at this location, but I spent almost 25 minutes this morning waiting in line for a mobile pickup order because the cafe was not open. If you can’t allow for proper mobile pick up timing, management needs to fully disable this option. Not only was my cappuccino cold by the time I got it, but it was a quarter filled, tasted awful, and was full of grounds. Having it remade was not even an option based on the line going around the building and the wait.

Very rude barista at window, drink was wrong and she rolled her eyes when I politely told her the drink wasn’t what I ordered (it was presumably the drink for the person behind me as it was a completely different drink). My drink had a bad taste and the barista didn’t say a word but rather just held it out the window making a face the whole time. Teenagers really need to work on their customer service/attitude. I ended up tossing the drink; I won’t be returning to this location as it’s not the first time this has happened with the same barista.

Nothing is ever extraordinary here. I’ve had one really good experience at this location. Most of the time when there is an issue with my drink it’s too much of a hassle to get it made right. Sometimes you get a nice or good barista but too hit or miss to go often at all. The one inside the target is way better and has almost never failed.
