Ordered the pan Pizza Hut box on DoorDash. Only received fries. I placed order again. Called to make sure they send it with the actual pizza this time. No answer. Called 3 times. Team should double check orders before sending them. My box wasn’t even sealed.

Love Pizza Hut, the crust so tasty, the ingredients very fresh, they add to your Pizza whatever you want, you can ask for 1/2 of the Pizza with different ingredients and the other half give a choice to your girlfriend, kids, wife, husband, boyfriend, or who ever you invite to eat Pizza with, all the ingredients taste so delicious and fresh, place very nice and clean, you’re able to see everything inside, looks very neat and costumer service is excellent, they really pay attention to how you want your Pizza and when they say how long it’ll take to be done, is exactly that time, I really make the right choice this time, I’m very satisfied

I went in to purchase a pizza yesterday. I ordered a medium pizza two toppings. I thought it was odd I didn’t get the receipt and I was told to wait 15 minutes. I came back to get my pizza I stuck my card in the machine and to my surprise the pizza was $25.. I asked for the manager because I had already put my card in not thinking a medium two topping pizza would be nowhere near that amount. The manager informed me everything is expensive now. She told me if I want to see the price for the food that they serve I have to scan a QR code to get the price. When did we become a society where you have to scan a QR code just to see the price of food you’re ordering? Also I think it’s intrusive for them to ask me for my phone number every time I order something . I was expecting to pay around $16 bucks tops but $25 for a medium two topping pizza from Pizza Hut ? I will never go to Pizza Hut again. You know you’re getting robbed and they are taking advantage of the consumer when they ashamed to list the over inflated prices of their food products.

This was my 1st time going to this particular pizza hut and everyone working there were very accommodating and apologetic because my order was not done at the time they said but honestly i was not waiting for long at all. The employees that worked today July 25th around 430ish pm were wonderful, polite, accommodating, apologetic, GREAT customer service. I regret not tipping them but ill be sure to do so the next time. The pizza was fantastic and fresh. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Keep up the great work.

Favorite day of the week is pizza day with my hunny! We are regulars at the next to Stater bros location on S and those guys are great! They always remember our preferences and always have a good attitude! 5 stars for exceptional customer service fast and reliable and of course flavorable and on point every time! Although, it’s rare, I have stopped by other locations and they have been awesome as well! Thanks Pizza Hut for the best pizza experience to share with my favorite date!

Do not go to this Pizza Hut. Do not go to this Pizza Hut, they have terrible service. Terrible, they don’t value you as a customer. They brush you off, you’re gonna be unhappy with it.I ordered a medium pizza almost $30. It cost me and it was terrible. It was dry when I called to complain. Usually they talk to me. They try to help me and give me some kind of credit or something. But today they were terrible. Brush me off. Telling me I can go get some more marinara sauce.

I was able to place my order online. Was a smooth ordering process. The staff was helpful and the pizza was very very good. Perfect pizza cooked just right. I can’t say anything bad about the entire experiance.

I gave 2 stars for a $20 pizza that cost $30 to be delivered 5+/- miles before tipping. Does thin crust mean no cheese and min sauce? The meat lovers’ meat tasted off. I didn’t call the store because the last time (~3 yrs ago) I called because the pizza was wrong and after the 3rd delivery they still couldn’t get it right I gave up. Maybe in another 3 yrs they’ll be better.

Customer service was great. But I had to have 3 pizzas delivered because the first 2 were so poorly made. Sloppy, not fully cooked and way to much sauce. I did ask for extra sauce but it was way over the top. The cheese was not melted. The crust was uncooked flat and when u picked the pizza up everything just fell off of it. It was a mess. It looked like it was thrown around as well. But again customer was great. They replaced it until they got it right. They did the best they could without arguing with me or being frustrated. They were very nice. I give 2 stars for customer service
