I had a very disappointing pickup experience here while DoorDashing. When I walked in, no one greeted me — I was immediately told it would be “a while for DoorDash” without any actual communication or courtesy. There were only two employees working, and while I understand being busy, both were dismissive and rude in their tone and body language.
I also noticed one employee handling cash and then using the same gloves to continue preparing and completing food orders without changing them, which is a major sanitation concern. The floors were extremely sticky as well, making the environment feel unclean overall.
When my order was finally ready, they handed me an empty cup instead of providing a completed, sealed order. As a DoorDash driver, I am supposed to pick up finished orders without tampering or assembling anything myself since we are third-party delivery. This put me in an uncomfortable and unprofessional position.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and improper food-handling practices made this a very negative experience. I hope management addresses these issues.

Will not be back, toaster oven is not working. Ordered a three cheese and ham, was willing to toast at home, only had cheese, no ham. Would not recommend.

I’ll never go back to this one and it was our first time there. It’s my daughters fave place to go in general but this one was just ridiculous .. she loves the #5 but they Soaked her sub in the dressing (she tried to eat it in right away in car -not later like it had gotten soggy or something) and she could not eat it, gagged and kept spitting it out. Way beyond normal amount it was just DRENCHED soaked..
Person at counter was rude as well but didn’t think much of it cause that’s the case everywhere today unfortunately..
And then when we got home, I opened mine and it was missing all the ingredients I asked for besides the meat and onions. No lettuce no mustard like one pickle. And bread was stale too.. so 22 bucks down the drain and neither of us got dinner .. super annoying.
Go to any of the others in town but do yourself a favor and skip this location!

I recently had JJ Buford for take-out lunch and I was thoroughly impressed with their entire sub process: ordering, pace, dialogue with customers, and accuracy of orders. At 12-1pm, the store had an over 20+ customers come through with even more orders (for co-workers). I have to say their process was flawless and not one customer complained, not even drive through. Seldom does good fast restaurants get the credit for good work so “well done JJ Buford!! Well done!! I saw the excellence in action. Needless to say, the store was clean (BR too) and plenty of dine in tables for the lunch crowd. I had their new Mediterranean wrap and it was very good. The free pita chips and red pepper flakes hummus was nice addition.

I got there right at opening and the bread was FRESH. I actually had to wait a few minutes for them to finish baking it. They were very friendly. It was the best sandwich I’ve had from any Jimmy John’s in a while. The Italian night club, add peppers. The best!

Monica is the nicest lady ever. I had a great number 11 sandwich and got back to my car and it would not start. She immediately came from behind register, got in her truck and jumped my car back to life. Like an auto one and Jimmy John’s all in one. A true gem of a lady

Ordered pizza sandwich and bottle of coke. Sandwich didn’t have one drop of marinara on it and I got Sprite. Not the first time food has been off and equipment not functioning. Previous visit toaster wasn’t working. This time drive thru speaker not working. Things don’t get better at this location. Don’t waste your money.

Went to this location earlier this week and had about a 20 minute wait in the drive-through after I had mobile ordered. I talked this up to just been busy during the lunch rush so I can give it another chance today on a Sunday mobile ordered for my husband and I at 11:53 I pulled into Jimmy John’s about 1156 and proceeded to sit there and wait in line for two cars in front of me to go through the drive-through to went through and the one behind me left and I did not get my food until 1243. If you were trying to get lunch on your lunch break, don’t go to Jimmy John’s on Buford Drive. I would’ve love the option to cancel my order but that’s not available on the app and nobody came to the window and 30 minutes that I was sitting there one person came to the window at the very beginning it said they were working on my sandwich and then I do not see anyone for another 30 minutes at least. I know everyone is struggling with getting employees at this time, but come to the window and say I’m sorry we’re running behind. Would you like to cancel your order any of those options. Nobody did anything until I said excuse me really loud and the guy came running to the window with my sandwiches almost an hour after I ordered them.
Update: got home and my sandwich had one piece of meat, had old avacado spread and tasted weird so I couldn’t even finish it.

I went to this location for a late lunch. I walked in and was the only customer inside. No one said hi, welcome, or anything. I get to the counter, and the employee just looks at me… no hey, how are you, what can I get for you…
I say, hi…can I get the #9… then paid for my food. I realized he didn’t ask what I wanted on my sandwich, so I just told him.
The sandwich was good, but with poor customer service experience, the meal was not enjoyable at all!
1. When a customer walks into your establishment, you should greet them… customer service is still important!
2. If you don’t like your job or working with the public, then find something else.
3. If your employees don’t treat your customers well, you will be out of business!
