After a long road trip trying to get through to Georgia, I stopped at the sonic only to start placing my order and be rudely hung up on. I pressed the red button again and thought maybe we just got disconnected since I did not receive a verification of my order which was a simple number one and a drink. Only to get a response from a person on the other side, “Nah, bye” in a very rude tone. Super confused I sat there for another five minutes hoping I’d get a response back. I tried again and the second lady was semi helpful. by that point I was not in the mood to order at this location so I asked that if the order was placed to please cancel. It wasn’t. So I’ll continue my drive until I find a Place that actually takes care of their customers.
Maybe they felt overwhelmed by their day but asking for a 1 with no onions doesn’t feel like I’m asking for too much at 6:50 pm

So I work in the Starbucks located in the Target just across the parking lot, I’ve been here a handful of times on my break. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY. It doesn’t even matter if my food takes extra time (Although this recent time I went it was as SOON as I pulled up for my mobile order) I know stores/staff members can’t help if they are understaffed or super busy, but its always nice to see a smile on their faces which never goes unnoticed. I could be having the worst day at my job, but this location never fails to make it better. THANK YOU SONIC STAFF & TEAM MEMBERS AT THIS STORE. Come train some of our members here on customer service skills!

I ordered a drink and French toast sticks. When he brought the French toast sticks I asked for syrup and that’s when he told me he was out. So my problem is why was I not told that when I ordered. Because I would have definitely chose something different

Ordered a chicken tender sandwich. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes. Had to ask where my food was. Fries were cold, onion rings we’re cooked in burnt oil and cold. Could hear staff in the background yelling. Poor service guy was very nice. Should have went to 165 Sonic.

Went here for icecream. Ordered through the mobile app. Waited 20 minutes. Had to use the call button to let them know I was waiting. Took them 2 seconds to bring the icecream out and it was very melted. Looked like someone made the order, but forgot about it and let it sit. Very disappointed. Most likely won’t be back to this location.

Brownie batter shake was pretty much vanilla icecream and cherry slush with real cherries tasted like watered down watermelon with no cherries. They corrected the slush but I had already left when I noticed the shake wasn’t right. Check your order before you leave…

Fast and friendly service, order thru the app, at the kiosk (or whatever you wanna it), or the drive thru. They havent gotten an oder wrong for me yet. Highly recommended
