I thought we’d try Sonic today and get a cheeseburger but it was not to be. Two problems, both corporate related, and so it didn’t happen. I pulled up to the carhop display but built my order on the app. And wow, they don’t have an option to exclude the bun. But okay, I can just pull the bun off and not worry about losing ketosis. Second, they don’t accept Discover on Google Pay. I have no idea why my internet bank switched my debit card from Mastercard to Discover but they did and it means that if I don’t want Mrs. K. to know what I’m spending money on, I can’t do it.
Sadly, I never completed my order. But I can say that the parking area is clean, the machine functioned well and the place seemed welcoming.

Top tier food in my opinion. Had everything I needed. From Breakfast to dinner, to milkshakes, and ofc my everyday chicken tenders. Thank you for the hospitality and customer service. I definitely recommend this location to go to.

I tried the Grillo’s pickle meal from here after avoiding Sonic for years due to the experience I’ve had at the Rock Hill and York locations. This location is fully updated and offers dine-in seating, drive thru, and car hoop. I didn’t dine in, but that was a feature I haven’t seen at a sonic and from the outside it looked in good shape.
The food was fresh and hot, the flavor itself was a bit underwhelming. There was little to no pickles on the burger and I was missing the pickle slices the was supposed to be on top of then Picklerita slush. It just feels like they did skimp on what make the “Big Dill Meal” the “Big Deal Meal”. Despite lacking pickle flavor the food itself was good, and well put together.
It did take a while to get my food but the employee who brought it out was so friendly!

I stopped by Sonic hoping for something quick and simple, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The customer service felt completely uninterested — no greeting, no energy, and I waited far longer than I should have just to place an order. To make it worse, the ice cream machine was down again, which seems to be a recurring issue at this location. If you’re going to advertise shakes and ice cream as a big part of the menu, the machine shouldn’t be out of service this often.
Overall, not the experience I expect from Sonic. Definitely needs improvement

Did a mobile order b4 getting to location. Got there a few mins b4 eta and saw ppl already waiting. 30 minutes I saw one person finally receive their food. Then a few mins later I get my order… noticed the other cars were still waiting. So much for being labeled fast food. Finally get home and my medium fries was basically empty and burnt. Burger was ok. But for that long of a wait. I was expecting fresh food.

I ordered a BLT with tots & a pretzel smash burger with onion rings today & my tots were fried hard, there was one piece of bacon in my smash burger, the bread was radiated and rubbery & it looked like 2 pieces of bacon cut in half on my BLT. I was about to ask for a refund but one of your staff members named Landon came out and his customer service was amazing! I explained my dissatisfaction and he immediately asked me what I would like instead. No attitude. No rushing. He apologized and understood my frustration. He is the only reason I’m even giving any stars. I would only come back to this place if Landon is the new management! Thank you Landon! 🙂

The food was fantastic of course, so many things to choose from on the park and order menu board. There’s also a drive through. We had plenty of time to decide what we wanted, then I pressed the red button on the menu board, and our order was taken quickly. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare, and the car hop was really nice to us. The prices are very affordable.

Love their food, but this location is the worst in service and atmosphere. They need new management, new training. Hot dog and diet coke took 30 minutes thru drive thru. Only one car in front. I have been here 7 times and now my last. So sad!

This particular location has frequent troubles with their online system and drivers will arrive, wait in line for 15 minutes, and then be told the online order doesn’t exist. This puts the food order in the delivery app in perpetual purgatory as more and more drivers go through the same process. The restaurant confirms the order, but will not cancel it, so it remains open until it times out in the app, holding your money hostage so you cannot order from a different location or restaurant.
