All newer McDonald’s feel like just a big box with no personality. This location has 1 cash register, never saw a counter person. They really want you to use the self-ordring kiosk. Good luck getting someone’s attention if you need help. The old way of doing things at McDonald’s worked just fine.

I ordered the daily double meal. The sticker on the tray clearly had daily double in abbreviation. I was given a burger that was not a daily double. The cashier had a correct burger made for me.
The dining room was cold. There were food particles on the tables and under a table. The time was 10:30. There was no “rush”. I heard laughing from the kitchen. That tells me the staff had time to make this correct the first time, increase the heat in the dining room, and clean the tables.

Sat at the drive through with no service, someone else drives up and gets IMMEDIATE service. Food was wrong. Had to get their attention again at the window waving our hands as they were ignoring the window to obtain the ordered and requested items. Workers here are clueless 0/10

Ordered from this location off of DoorDash food was OK. Fries were cold, but I ended up finding something in my McFlurry and almost choked and died. There was a decent sized piece of plastic.

at least a tiny bit better then the gas station version down the highway.
Doesn’t tend to pull you around and they’ve messed up the order once so far.

Have been here several times and always have an issue. Order taker doesn’t know how to ring something in properly, food is wrong or cold, overcharged for substitution. Won’t go back and will start going to LSL instead.

Nobody Business

I got the wrong food from McDonald’s on hwy. I tried to get it replaced at bryan location because they’re affiliated with each other. Showed receipt of incorrect food and they handed my food back and said inhale to take it back to McDonald’s I got it from. Thats crazy!!! I won’t go that location again!!!! Manager was tall heavy black guy and he told the lady at the window no tell her she didn’t get it from here, take it back to where I bought it

Pay attention this location has higher prices. The lobby is terrible. Completely stripped of anything. You literally have to ask for napkins. Also have to lean over the counter and get somebody’s attention because nobody man’s the counter. Food subpar from other McDonald’s locations. Nobody likes soggy hash browns.

I pulled up to the first/inner most intercom and no one answered. Someone pulled up next to me/ant the other intercom and got answered immediately. After they were done I finally got a person and ordered but they kept asking me to hold on for a second, I do understand that my order was a bit weird due to my allergies. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers with no buns and no onions and a basket of fries. They told me to pull around to the curbside 1 to wait….. they gave me 2 double cheeseburgers… and when I tried to ask to ask about them, the worker walked away? Maybe she didn’t hear me, not sure. I am disappointed I didn’t get what I’d ordered.
