Typica Dunkin’ experience. Stopped here to get some coffee and donut. Staff welcomed and I placed my order and walked out. As simple as that. No extra beyond customer service and I didn’t expect it too. They do have a drive in and tough to navigate. This is located in a very busy section so get in and get out is challenging. The parking lot is small and limited spots.

On the day I was there, two men were working, an older man and a middle aged man with a beard! The coffee was excellent. The donuts were stale. The younger male was rude, he should be more polite and smile at the people attending his store. I used the restroom after the older male and saw a puddle of urine in front of the toilet. While I’m not accusing him making the puddle, he should have cleaned it immediately.

They recently renovated but what’s the point when they cant make a decent cup of coffee that doesn’t taste like hot water? Even after going back and talking to the manager for new ones it still tastes like hot water.
Also they keep getting my and my husband’s order wrong!

Ordered lunch. Cheese and bacon hashbrown and extra order of hashbrowns. Absolutely disgusting they were both hard as a rock and completely inedible. This location is the absolute worst and I should of known better from last time. Probably been sitting out all day. Had to trow the whole order out. Do yourself a favor and find another location!

They frequently don’t let people into the store and only do the drive thru even though you can see plenty of staff. If you place an order through the app, it will give you an option to pick up inside but then the doors will be locked and you will need to wait in the drive thru line. This is really frustrating for people with time constraints. I don’t know why I’ve even had hope it would change.

Beware of staff member Kelly, if that’s even her name. If she hands you an incorrectly made beverage or food item and you DARE ask for it to be corrected, she will be unapologetic, rude, roll her eyes and act like YOU did something wrong. I visit this location often and the employees here are usually kind and polite. I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect. The 1 star is for “Kelly” only, not the store or other staff.
