This is our favorite Thai restaurant! We had the Drunken Noodles with chicken and the Panang curry with beef, both were heavenly. If you are a fan of spicy food make sure to select medium spice or higher. We will continue to come back.

Chang Noi Thai in Parker is my favorite Thai restaurant when I need to satisfy my craves for pad thai.
I order the chicken pad Thai (medium heat).
The serving is large and I love taking home my leftovers and eating it the next day.
The servers are always very attentive, kind and welcoming.
There is plenty of seating. However it is one Parker’s favorite restaurants. You may have to wait. It’s well worth it!
Crab cheese wontons are super good!
We also tried a new spicy dish that was a coconut/broth with some heat! We had chicken, potatoes and onions in it. It was delicious!

“Chang noi” means “little elephant” in Thai, and the food is so good here I usually leave looking like one! Serving up beautifully crafted dishes and they don’t shy away when you want it actual Thai Hot. Might be the best Isan style Som Tam I’ve had in Colorado, even includes the soft shell crabs (sometimes)! Other recommended dishes: Tom Yum, Cabbage Stir-Fry, Garlic Supreme, Pad Cha to name a few. You must go visit Little Elephant!

Wonderful thai spot you will not regret coming to. Might be my top 3 thai I’ve ever tried. It does take a little bit for the food to come out but it’s the amount of effort they put into every dish. Thai tea was wonderful and highly recommend the eggplant stir fry. I don’t know how they get the chicken to be so juicy but love it.

We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is prepared esquistly and always on point. The hot is truly hot so beware what you order. Everything I’ve tried here is fantastic and the pricing is extremely fair. Also the service is prompt, friendly and accurate. This is a fantastic restaurant!

First impression was very disappointing. I placed an online order at 6:45 and called the restaurant to confirm timing. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. We arrived around 7:05. They were busy, which I understand, but that does not excuse the lack of communication.
We waited until 7:30 before asking again how much longer it would be and were told another 15 minutes. During this time, we watched multiple people come and go with to-go orders, while ours — a simple order for two people — was still not ready.
The entire experience was frustrating. No one wants to spend their Friday night standing around waiting with no updates, especially when there are plenty of other dining options nearby. For the price we paid, I would have much rather taken my business elsewhere. Better communication and respect for customers’ time is needed.

I’ve been really enjoying new Asian cuisine in Parker. The choices have been limited and loved that this restaurant opened.
They have an amazing lunch menu with really decent prices. I always order their pad Thai with tofu. Their serving size are decent where you can definitely apply between two people if you also order an appetizer.
I highly recommend their Thai tea. It comes in a giant kraft.
I have yet to try other items yet but from what my friend who comes with me to enjoy lunch said she loved her dish.
The service was amazing, and they checked in multiple times to make sure we are doing ok.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for other Thai restaurants in the area.

So happy to see Chang Noi open. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. We tried the drunken noodle, green curry, and green papaya salad coupled with a Thai tea boba and Thai iced coffee. The service was sensational and we felt like their first and only customers even though more than 10 people were eating in. The vegetables are very well prepared, the drunken noodles are the perfect texture and thickness. Overall, a great experience and looking forward to coming back so we can try more. They were great with ensuring GF and vegan options too.
