I also tried the brisket pho and the broth tasted clean and full of flavor. It’s hard to tell whether these restaurants use m s g, but I didn’t notice the use of it in my soup.
Overall, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food quality was excellent. Highly recommend this place!
The $10 off wings and fillet mignon cubes was a great deal. The wings were crispy and heavily seasoned with garlic – very delicious. I tried it with the crazy spicy sauce, and it’s not joke. I think it has thai chili peppers in it because it’s crazy spicy.
The fillet mignon cubes were fantastic, but the noodles are heavy with butter, garlic, and parmesan, and the flavors didn’t match in my opinion. The fries served with the fillet was slightly crispy and slightly soggy, but still yummy, but again, the flavors didn’t match at all. The plate was kind of weird to me as a whole, but each part was very good on its own.
The staff was friendly and there’s ample parking.
I would be down to try their interesting food again.
The Pho Spicy is so so good. Level 3 is legit spice eater worthy while being delicious. Great noodles and tender meat.
Spring rolls are a good size with a good peanut sauce but they have avocado in them which changes the meaty, crisp veggie nature of a great spring roll. I’d say remove the avocado and add one more shrimp per roll to be perfect.
Water is labeled as 9.5 ph water and I didn’t bring a chemical strip to test but it does taste like it might be. There is another essence in the water that makes it not taste good though.
Service was fast and super helpful/friendly. The space is clean and open. Parking, when we arrived was easy.
I’ll be back, hoping to give a full 5 ⭐ next time.
We ordered the house pho, which came with rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The portion was generous and I enjoyed adding the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and sauces to my bowl. The meat was tender and well-seasoned.
My friend ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp, which looked amazing. The noodles were tossed in a buttery garlic sauce and topped with grilled shrimp, cilantro, and peanuts. The dish was savory and satisfying, and the shrimp were plump and fresh. My friend said it was one of the best garlic noodles he ever had.
We also shared an order of spring rolls, which were crispy and delicious. They were filled with pork, shrimp, vermicelli, carrots, and mushrooms, and served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. They were a great appetizer to start our meal.
We had a great experience at Pho HP Vietnamese Kitchen and we will definitely come back to try more of their dishes. They have a new way to eat pho that involves dipping the meat in a hot pot of broth, which was interesting and fun.
