Perfect place. Manicotti was excellent. Check the chalkboard! High quality food at excellent prices in exceptional atmosphere, friendly neighborly staff. Somehow a full bar? Will be back with friends. This is the kind of place that makes me love Pittsburgh so much 🙂

Wonderful local pizzeria run by a friendly pizzaiolo who surely knows both how to make pizzas taste good, and how to make people feel welcome.
It is fair to say that this guy single-handedly[*] saved our dinner, by letting us in when he was clearly about to close the store. While preparing the order, he pleasantly kept chatting with us, asking questions about our visit in Pittsburgh and sharing some stories related to his family origins. The pizza, which got ready in no time, was by far the most delicious we tried during our stay: excellent dough, ingredients treated with respect, and a quick, to-the-spot high-temperature baking (as it should be). When we were about to leave, the guy even started offering things, and we literally had to stop him from being so kind to us.
Small shops like this one are not there just to save your lunch breaks or pizza nights (sure, they do that as well). They actually turn a neighbourhood into a warm and welcoming community, helping to preserve the city as a place worth living in. Cherish such things, other than the pepperoni slices: next time you are nearby and about to make a poor pizza choice–think again, and go treat yourself with a pizza from Sciulli’s.

Oh this is a winner for sure. Order a large with half pepp and some extra sauce on top… Delicious pie, nice thicker dough for a traditional style pizza, which I really loved.

First time trying this place but definitely won’t be the last. Everything was absolutely delicious. The food was hot and fresh and the prices are very reasonable. Probably one of the best Sicilian pizzas I’ve had. The staff was super friendly too!

The pizzas me and my friends ordered were fine enough in the moment. The issues came 1-2 days later when we all got bad cases of food poisoning. None of us shared a meal after this one, so it’s definitely this restaurant. Avoid! $20 for a pizza I didn’t fully eat because it caused vomiting is not worth it.

Wanted pizza so we stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Never been there and we ordered the 4 cut Sicilian. We easily could have gotten 2 pieces to share between the 2 of us, the pieces were huge and very good. We also got 2 20 Oz pops and our bill was $11. Theee worst experience ever! I’ve been following this page for a while on instagram and couldn’t wait to try this place! This pizza looks absolutely nothing like what I see on other reviews and the pizza on the ig page. Sicilian sauce tastes like sweet spaghetti sauce and the cheese pizza was just overall bad Highly disappointed.
And now since you can’t take accountability for this ugly nasty pizza I go around bashing small businesses I posted MY review on the pizza that I received which was just as nasty as it was ugly!! Yall don’t post the pizzas that look like this on social media only the ones that look good. I can care less about your preorders and whatever else. Do better

I’m happy I tried them a second time because it was absolutely delicious!! I first ordered from here about 2 years ago & honestly I didn’t see why they were so popular. To be fair it was in the middle of the lunch rush, they were very busy when I came in to pick up my order but they were so nice that I didn’t have the heart to give a bad review…everybody can have an off moment or day and good customer service goes a long way. Fast forward to the other week, I was craving a meatlovers pizza, they popped up in my Google search as a near by restaurant so figured why not give them another try for pickup after work. I ordered a small specialty pizza (which as you can see from the pics is very generous in size and toppings) I’m so happy I did. Everybody there was super nice including the owner, I’d told them about my previous experience & that I’d let them know how this turned out. Once I got home and tried it I called immediately to tell them how incredible it was! I have returned several times since & experienced great food and great people each time. The family like dynamic they have is genuinely heartwarming. I see now why they have such a great well deserved rating. Highly recommend!
