I have been recommending this restaurant to my whole family because it is the best Mexican Restaurant in the area! They don’t disappoint with their very fresh, hot, well presented, delicious meals. Their salsa, chips, and cheese dip are great. Their staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The place is also very clean. My favorite dish is the green salsa enchiladas! Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Really enjoyed our first visit. The food was really good and there were many choices. And the service was great. And I think the value for the money was excellent. Even the rice and beans were really good. I had the molcajete, my wife had the chimichangas grill and both were great. The meat in particular tasted so freshly cooked.
We will 100% come again.

But honestly, even as a gringo, the spice level is VERY low. We found we had to add salsa to stuff to pump up the heat a little.
The flavors are really good, just really just a little bland on the Mexican food scale.

The food was delicious, hot, fresh, and well presented. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was also very clean. We enjoyed our dining experience very much, and we will be back. Try the cheese dip. It’s creamy and delicious. I had the green chicken enchiladas and loved it with the cheese dip on top of it. Super yummy!

My wife and I enjoyed a dinner out last night at a new local Mexican Restaurant and were treated to an extraordinary meal.
She had the Nachos Especiales made with fresh flour tortilla chips and topped with chicken and beef in a rich cheese sauce. It was decadent to behold. If you know my wife then you know how important cheese is to her happiness.
I had the Mocajete Cielo, Mar y Tierra. It was a GIANT mocajete loaded with carne asada steak, chicken, Cotija cheese, sausage, and shrimp smothered in cheese sauce with peppers (both sweet and hot), and onions. The seasoning was a perfect blend of hot, sweet and savory. They served the dinner with fresh corn tortillas, beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. The mocajete was so very hot that it kept my meal piping hot the entire time we sat.
There were a number of families (and couples) enjoying dinner, but all eyes turned when our food was delivered. People stopped and asked what we were having on several occasions throuhout the night. Our dinners were a spectacle.

Their dinner enchiladas were very delicious and freshly made. I will definitely visit again. Excellent food! I highly recommend I also went again with my family and we all enjoyed everything we all got. This place is the best. I imagine you will be way happy with your experience. Their customer service was as exceptional as the food. Again-super highly recommend

My husband says they have the best fish tacos he’s ever had. This is tucked away in the East Brainerd community and we are happy they are here. We need more locally owned places to have dinner close by and want to support them. They have Mexican food that is a cut above the average — and servers that really care about your experience. I love their chicken enchiladas verdes, but our waitress said HER favorite are the cheese enchiladas. The green sauce is SO yummy.
This place is clean and neat but in an unassuming little strip mall … so don’t let it fool you. The taste and service is like a higher priced and upscale urban restaurant!

First time visitor! Had the Nachos Texanos and 1 shrimp taco! Food was outstanding! All the meat was tender and seasoned well and everything was fresh!! Service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back many times! Still seem to be decorating so some parts of the restaurant look “blank” but they do have some chairs and tables that look like art and were beautiful!

Wow AMAZING AMAZING FOOD! Kind, helpful staff and great local location. The BEST guacamole that was made when we ordered it, sooo good. I moved here from Southern California six years ago. I know that makes some of you hate me, but I promise I didn’t bring any liberalism here. Having said that one thing about Tennessee that’s disappointing. Is that there are no taco shops open in the morning for breakfast burritos. El Sueños is no different but they will make you a breakfast burrito if you requested. Finally after six years this burrito taste like home starting in January. They’re adding more to the breakfast menu. Please come in here and ask for breakfast burritos maybe they’ll open at seven so we can get one on the way to work five stars
